//Dark brown, reddish brown highlights
//Golden brown

Above and Beyond:
//An educator till the end, Flip is the older brother type. He's not always the expert trainer, but he is a veteran of the game and is willing to lend a hand in teaching new trainers the rules of the game. His battle style is constantly shifting to suit his tastes, lessons, or opponent. Flip is willing to sacrifice his own win to prove a point; he's never a sore loser. And when he does win, he's never a braggart. Fledgling trainers flock to Flip for advice, and he's not bad at being a funny guy either.
//Accessories - Black wristband on his right wrist, carrying a PokePod (basically a fancy Pokemon iPod, I guess) in his shorts pocket with the headphones dangling out
//He has a small goatee on his chin. Brown, short.
Your "Team"
Bare Minimum:
//Sceptile, Ursaring, Aerodactyl, Gabite, Clefable
Going the Extra Mile:
//Ursaring and Clefable are female. Gabite wears a choker around his neck, and Clefable wears an apron. Sceptile has a bent tip to its tail and always keeps its right eye closed; it chews on a cinnamon stick
//Aerodactyl is a bit larger than your average Aerodactyl, and Ursaring has somewhat lighter fur than normal
//None are Shiny
Above and Beyond:
//Sceptile (Cardinal) - Very proud of its power, always remains out of the Pokeball. Can be found roaming the forest behind Flip's house, and sleeping upside down on his bedroom ceiling. Sceptile is very close to Flip, but also the ronin of the group. It enjoys battle a little too much, riding off the pain done to itself (hence the scarring). It is always in a fighting stance, ready to pounce. In all scenarios, it tries to be the most extreme with its fighting finesse (I picture it in a highway battle with another Pokemon atop a tanker, cars exploding all around with Sceptile crawling on the side of the truck and slashing up the opponent when it catches it)
Ursaring (Diana) - Lazy and constantly tired. Ursaring is usually sleeping, soundly, and prefers not to be bothered. But when woken, it goes into a rage and becomes the powerhouse of Flip's team. It is a juggernaut, through and through, but still enjoys the humble act of sleep when not fighting. Ursaring is also a fan of tea and fluffy pillows. Never goes into its Pokeball. Has a nice partnership with Sceptile, as it seems the two respect each other very much.
Aerodactyl (Roc) - The least characterized member of the team, Aerodactly acts like some sort of 'Zord for the team. It resides in the nearby forest, and only appears when summoned by Flip and the other members, regally flying down to take them into battle. Aerodactyl is quite powerful, and very loyal. However, it's also a bit thin on ideas and so its defenses aren't so hot. On a day to day basis, if Aerodactyl were being watched for average behavior, it's a fairly average and loyal beast which likes to go out of its way to help others when needed.
Gabite (Chomp) - The rookie. Gabite is very new to battle, and screws up often with both attacks and following commands. It spends a lot of time following Flip around like a lost puppy, and sleeps on the end of his bed. It is also young on top of being wet behind the ears, so it's small for a Gabite and still quite pet-like in nature. Gabite is always being corrected by Sceptile, pulled from battle by the scruff or halted with a sudden hand or glance. Gabite loves to dig too, and gets in a lot of trouble for leaving the backyard a complete and total mess.
Clefable (Lysistrata) - Unlike her namesake, Clefable is very subservient and takes on the typical maternal role of the team. She is first and foremost the cleric of the group, a weathered nurse and experienced apothecary. In the day to day household, Clefable is always cooking and cleaning and making fun with Flip's non-team Pokemon. Gabite and her are very close, and Sceptile does look fondly on her for salving his wounds after battle. Clefable, of course, is very bubbly and friendly, and thus is usually the little ray of sunshine in the group.
//Notable moves...? Sceptile has Leaf Blade, Crunch, Thunderpunch, and various other physical techniques alongside Solarbeam and Leech Seed. Ursaring has the typical Sleep Talk/Rest combo alongside Return, Brick Break, Shadow Claw, Ice Punch, etc. Aerodactyl uses a lot of speed based attacks, but also can whip out Double-Edge or Hyper Beam if really need. Gabite uses Dig. And Dragon Rush. And I guess something silly like Bubble, which it never actually learns but meh. It's a kid. Clefable does Softboiled, Cosmic Power, Metronome, Aromatherapy, etc. etc.
//Nothing notable for accessories or held items. Clefable always has Leftovers on it, as it is the cook. Aerodactyl wears a King's Rock at all times as well.
