Super Mario Galaxy looks...well, super. The trailer blew me away. It's by far the prettiest Wii game, and the gameplay looks like a blast. Super Paper Mario also looks like a ton of fun. I heard some people left the Miyamoto keynote early.  Apparently they didn't want to hear about his wife's game playing habits.  |

So, is GDC over or something...? I don't know how long it's supposed to last. I was hoping to come away with a little more than what we were given.

Yeah, it's over. Well, beccuas eof the stock exchange, Nintendo couldn't say too much.
Of course, there is still E3. Only problem is it's in freakin' July.

Nintendo doesn't do E3 anymore though, right? It's locked the big boys out to focus more on smaller companies. That sucks because the next big gamer's con is the Penny Arcade one, which is somewhere in...fall-ish...? |

Huh. I guess in the wake of E3's minimalizing, news of Nintendo still attending would be overlooked because a lot of people'd still be pissing and moaning about it. Well, good to hear, but July is still a long way off. I held out all of February for some SSBB tidbits to come at GDC and got nuthin'. X( |

I think all the other major events are at the end of the year. There is Comic Con but A)Nothing is revealed there, it's mostly a demo place and B)It's in June. We'll have to play the waiting game, but if any game is to come out in July, we'll know before E3(possible May) |
