Yeah, I can go either way with it. I personally think it's Waluigi, but still.
Anyway I've always seen Waluigi as possibly Nintendo's answer to James Bond. But thats just me.

In the games where he does exude some personality, it's very obvious he has an extremely high opinion of himself and a very arrogant air. Wario is just selfish, but Waluigi actually feels that he exudes style and grace like nobody else. I've always pictured him a bit like James of Team Rocket as well, considering he's the most likely to be very suave and debonair when women are around (in a very effeminate way). If Waluigi got his own game... I guess it would be something like Tingle's game. That's the only type of game I could see him being in and not having all the fans go "what?" A game where you wander an overworld doing... "Waluigi" stuff works.

I'd rather he appear alongside Wario or in an actual major Mario game first. Both Luigi and Wario had to work their way up, so Waluigi should follow suit.
I still maintain that there should be a Mario & Luigi 3: Wario & Waluigi for the DS. Just imagine what would happen when all four of them are forced to work together for an entire game...

That would be awesome, especially if Wario and Waluigi double-cross the Mario Bros at the end. And what's all that about Waluigi being nintendo's answer to James Bond?

He appeared as the main boss of a single game... next time he appeared, he had his own series. Waluigi's already done much more working up than Wario ever did.

Being created for and appearing in countless spin-offs don't hold a candle to being created for a major Mario game.

Being created for and appearing in countless spin-offs don't hold a candle to being created for a major Mario game. I'd hardly call Six Golden Coins major myself. Besides Waluigi already hase more personality than Wario did before Wario Land came out; I think thats what really counts. Though I would be perfectly happy with him in a MarioRPG or Mario Platformer. @1.4142135623 73095048801688724209698078569671875376948073176679737990732478462: The James bond thing is just some weird impression I get from his character. That if they decided to put him in a suit and give him a 3ps/1ps hybrid game based on the Marioverse that I would totally buy it.

Though I would be perfectly happy with him in a MarioRPG or Mario Platformer. Back then, a Mario platformer was big news. You didn't get a Mario game every year like we do now (Admittedly, we only get a platformer every 3 or 4 years. But thats kinda the same). So yeah, Six Golden Coins was major then. And it was much better than Mario Land too. I like Frog's idea for Mario & Luigi 3. That would be awesome. I hope Waluigi gets an appearance in the next WarioWare as well. Or maybe in a Wario Land game. *sigh*

Damn, Waluigi is so awesome. Why hasn't Nintendo taken advantage of his awesomeness yet? At least he's a starter in Mario Kart.
Plus, that Waluigi pic should be used when someone says something creepy...or awesome. Works out either way.

So with the announcement that they will do DLC, how much you wanna bet they'll do DL characters? I can almost guarantee we'll see something to do with DL records, ghosts, etc. and maybe even tracks, but racers? That a possibility?
I don't expect the roster to be huge, but it would be a pleasant surprise (like Mario Baseball)

I can't believe there are people who keep denying this. This is the most obvious cameo of Waluigi I have ever seen...well, I guess it's the only one, but it is Waluigi nonetheless. This is just like when Lucario and Jigglypuff were shown accidentally and Mewtwo wasn't shown, but people kept denying the proof right in front of their faces. Referring to the Spoiler, It turned out that you were absolutely correct. But at that time, there wasn't anything that could be read as "truth" about that picture. It was speculation, and it worked out in your favor over the ones who thought it wasn't. It was a fun debate, though. Anyway, I have to say that my interest in this has increased. I'd be happy if Hammer Brother joined the crew, myself. ^_^
