No cheesy screams, no cheap Four Swords integrations...all I can say is...
I wish I had a Wii.

Likewise. Luckily, I still have my SNES version of the game, so no worries there.

This really belongs in the Classic forum.
I should move my Wii to where I get more reception and see what new VC games have come out. I haven't checked since New Years' Eve.

Finally, one of the VC games I was looking for.

I find it easier to handle with the VC Controller due to it's similarity with the SNES controller, but otherwise it works fine.

Can't wait for this to hit Europe. I'm a little ashamed to say I've only played a very small part of the game.

You're not the only one... I found ALttP hard to get into, for some reason. I'm only at the second dungeon, I think.

Ahh, the first Zelda game I ever really played. And I played it from start to finish, pretty much solidly. I even remember annoying one of my friends when I refused to hang out with him because I had JUST managed to get the Master Sword.
So many great little areas in the game that bring back excellent memories. From finding out you can swim under the bridge to receive an empty bottle from a hobo, to discovering that the best weapon to use against Mothula is the humble bee!
I don't remember how I found that last one out. I think I was supposed to be drinking red potion, but mixed up my bottles in the heat of the moment.

...the best weapon to use against Mothula is the humble bee! I think you mean " bumble bee". Anyways, Tei, the Smelly Hippie, the reason I put this here is since it is on the VC, and VC is a property of Wii, then this could go here.

Something I really love about A Link to the Past is that it doesn't have only the standard nine dungeons. It has a whopping 12! A lot of SNES games felt bigger and better because of touches like that. Ocarina of Time felt a little short to me because of that. I thought, "Okay, three dungeons as young Link, and nine more as teenage Link, right?" Nope. Before I knew it, I was facing Ganon. It was almost like a step backwards. But I digress. ALttP is still one of the top Zelda games, even compared to OoT and Twilight Princess. It set the standards for every Zelda game to follow. I'd better quit before I go into full-on feature write-up mode.

Um... I didn't notice ALttP on the VC. Is it going to be updated tommorow?

Are you in Europe? The US has it, but I'm not sure Europe does yet.
