Sorry to put up a useless topic, but would sprites count as artwork?

Custom ones, most definetly.

Yep, custom sprites or sprite comics are fine. If you want to do those barmy sprite tables and post them then I have no complaints there either... but I will steal them! (You have been warned) But take my animated Fryguy for instance. I also have custom Goomba and Piranha Plant GIFs I'll post whenever I end up making a meaningful contribution to this forum

WHAT!? You said sprite comics are fine!? Whohoo~~~~! I have quite some of them!
Okay, you said that. If I post some on, don't say that I break the rule.

You wouldn't be breaking any of the rules anyway. I said to be original, which basically means a cut and paste job with existing sprites or official artwork is off the cards.
Obviously I'd prefer it if you actually drew the comic strips yourself, but I know not everyone is comfortable using their own art.
