According to recent sources, Kirby can inhale items and will get new powers.
Anybody else find this a little strange? Or perhaps, impossible?
Like, what would be the difference between inhaling an item and holding the item?
For example, they say if Kirby inhales a fire flower, he'll become fire Kirby and will breathe fire. I think this was an error. Perhaps they just didnt' know about the super spicy curry, picked it up... and assumed they inhaled a fire flower.
Because really, it doesn't make sense. What would happen if you inhaled the screw attack? You'd have the screw attack power? But how is that different from holding the screw attack? Or the hammer... let's say you get Hammer Kirby if you inhale it. But his hammer is already his Forward+B.
The idea sounds cool, plus it makes Kirby very interesting (he could inhale items in his old games, like the parasol) but the more I think about it the less it seems likely. I think it was just an error.
