Uh here's a new one.
I can't seem to get the old forum skin to work. Nor can I modify my profile.

You're saying the new skin is bad?

No... I just prefer the old one better. The light doesn't burn.

You've never seen a white website before? Where have you BEEN!?
The forums were angering me, so I changed them. Think of it like a really crappy-looking taster of the really awesome-looking new site. COMING SOON!

I'm not fond of them. Anyway, I can't change it, even though the option is there.

That Block Ball omission... just looked into it. The game is listed as being developed by Tose on the Japanese Wikipedia. That might explain it. Kirby's Block Ball again: I found this site which lists many games Tose contributed to, including Block Ball (programming & sound by Tose, planning & graphics by HAL): gdri.smspower.org/wiki/index.php/Company:ToseYes, it's a wiki. The page claims that the authors made use of several research methods and they also link sources. Sadly, I could find neither "Kirby" nor "カービィ" in the pages they link, so I still found no 100% confirmation.

We wouldn't have known anything if this isn't a Nintendo game. TOSE likes to hide their identity, and Nintendo seems to like giving credits no matter what. In the end, Nintendo wins and TOSE has been exposed. I don't know why people know of Starfy and Super Princess Peach but less know they made G&W Gallery 2~4 too though.
By the time Kirby hangs around Nintendo has already started giving credits. Maybe checking the credits for this game helps?

Nintendo has been working with Tose for many years. Most Japanese videogame developers have worked with Tose. They are a massive development studio who farms out their talents to other companies as required, and asks only to get paid, rather than to be credited. Nintendo decided to give Tose something they had never had before - stake in a piece of intellectual property. And so Starfy was born. If I recall, I read a feature about Tose in Edge magazine a couple years back that covered all this. Doubt I still have the issue though

A question: How will you cover a game that was only released in South Korea? Namely "Magic Hanja DS", that will be released by Nintendo of Korea on April 16, 2009: www.nintendo.co.kr/DS/soft/magic_hanjaDS/main.phpgonintendo.com/?p=75801I read somewhere that you won't cover more regions when someone asked to add information on Australian releases (but those messages were very old, I think).

Basically, when it comes to one-region releases, Japan gets first dibs, then America gets half-dibs. After that, I even treat my own region with disdain (only if Nintendo themselves make it does it count).

And what about the China-only iQue Player? I even read that the UK has become the world's second-largest video game market (or was that a hoax?), don't understand you why Europe is so much less important than the US, especially nowadays.

Fact of the matter is, outside of Japan and the US, Nintendo doesn't develop games. They occasionally publish games from other developers, very very occasionally these are exclusive.
At the moment, I'm trying to make sure that key Nintendo franchises are properly covered. Basically, all the ones you would be likely to see in Smash Bros. After that, it's hit and miss as to what gets included.
Wait until the site relaunches and see what has been included. I will be going back in to "fix" missing games later. I am refocusing on the key franchises, which I think is what people really want to read about.

Now the final word on Kirby's Block Ball: I wrote HAL Laboratory and asked them about this game. They sent the following answer:
And IGN lists Block Ball as one of R&D1's games. Answers everything aside from how much TOSE was involved.
