So apparently there's ANOTHER different Megaman Universe trailer floating around showing off 'Rock Man' who actually looks like, well, Megaman. I guess spaghetti Megaman's supposed to be that doofus from the US cartoon. That or PAL Megaman. |

Rockman is darker and a little shorter than Megaman.And this game basically IS Powered Up, except instead of playing as the bosses, you play as other Capcom characters. Inafune has stated that he wanted to do a sequel to Powered Up, but didn't due to low sales (Same goes for Maverick Hunter X). By the way, since we're getting all these different playable Mega-men, I can assume we'll be seeing Powered Up Megaman, Megaman X, and Megaman Volnutt.

I'm baffled as to why Mega Man and Rockman are different. XD I'd expect Capcom to throw in as many variants of Mega Man as they can into this. They have Bad Box Art Mega Man, for crying out loud. The game will be at PAX, so we'll find out more as we go into the weekend. |

How many other Mega Men should they add? I'm holding out for:
-Neon Green Mega Man (Captain N)
-Silver Mega Man (PAL Mega Man 2 Box)
-Fat Visor'd Mega Man (US Mega Man 2 Box)
-Buff Midgit Mega Man (US Mega Man 3 Box)
-Ugly Face Mega Man (US Mega Man 4 Box)
-Manga Mega Man
-Ruby Spears Cartoon Mega Man
-Mega Man Megamix Mega Man
We also saw Arthur and 8-bit Mega Man in that first trailer. The possibilities for this thing are endless.

^ I wasn't sure it was even worth posting about. It's basically Namco Museum Remix with some more games added to it, isn't it?
Aside from that, the game lineup (still) doesn't look too interesting to me.

Here's the Japanese MMU site, which contains a teaser image which, after enhancing the brightness, reveals a shit-ton of new characters. Besides the obvious ones, I'm fairly certain I see Bomb Man's Mohawk, Air Man's eyes, and Toad Man's feet. Very nice.

I thought this'd basically be Megaman Powered Up 2/3 (with the MM2 levels and MM3 trailer music), but if Toad Man's in that obviously means they're not limiting themselves to just those games (though I'm not really convinced that's Toad Man right there..)
The big question is ofcourse will I be able to play as Sheep Man? Or bad box art sheep man?

For the record, the foot I thought was Toad Man's is the one in between the two Mega Men, but apparently Toad Man doesn't even have webbed feet, and, as far as I can tell, the only Robot Master that had them besides Bubble Man is Wave Man, which would be really crazy.
Although, that head is throwing me off... Any other ideas?

Prolly Wave Man then. It would be sweet if this thing turned out to have every Robot Master imaginable, the entire Street Fighter cast and more obscure Capcom characters than you can stick a shake at.  |
