Zelda II rules, so I'm looking forward to that more then ever.
Anyway, remember that weird 'All Stars' countdown Namco had on a site that everybody was freaking out about because it's totally ssb related? Turns out it's about a new Jojo's Bizarre Adventure fighting game, which is just as awesome news to me

Zelda II rules, so I'm looking forward to that more then ever. Anyway, remember that weird 'All Stars' countdown Namco had on a site that everybody was freaking out about because it's totally ssb related? Turns out it's about a new Jojo's Bizarre Adventure fighting game, which is just as awesome news to me Nice! Never read the JJBA series but I loved the 1998 fighting game made by Capcom. I can only hope that CyberConnect2 (they are the ones developing this game) will make this decent enough. Edit: Atlus is bringing Code of Princess to North America, no word yet on a PAL release. www.nintendolife.com/news/2012/06/atlus_will_bring_code_of_princess_to_north_americaBeen looking forward to this game, its one of the reasons for me to get a 3DS. It is developed by members of the same team who made Guardian Heroes and the character designer (also creator of the game's plot and characters) is former Capcom artist Kinu Nishimura who was one of my favorite artists in the company. Confirmed! www.cubed3.com/news/16962Double edit: Marvel's merc with a mouth is finaly getting his own video game. "Deadpool" is being developed by High Moon Studios and the publisher is Activision (eek!). The game is coming out next year, consoles has not been confirmed yet. Daniel Way will pen the script and Deadpool's VA is once again Nolan North. I never played any of HMS games before, are they good, bad or so-so? Here is the website. deadpoolgame.com/

First (of many) Japanese Iwata Asks for Dragon Quest 10 is up. (Remember it's MMO qualities) Translated notes from andriasnag.com- Stressing the point of It's okay even if you don't play every day. and to not destroy players lives. Three systems have been made to help this; * Support Allies, allows other players to use your character in their party, allowing you to receive gold and experience. * "Energy Balls." The game has a meter which charges when you're not logged in. Reach a certain amount, and you'll gain an energy ball. The energy ball gives you double experience and gold for thirty minutes As an example of the benefits of the energy ball system, Fujisawa noted that players who play only on the weekend will receive enough energy balls that they'll be able to play continuously with double gold and experience. Iwata joked that this system means players won't have to worry about sleeping. * The third system is "Support Gold." If you reach a certain location as part of your progress through the game, you'll be given a certain amount of gold every week. Elsewhere in the interview, Hori reiterated that the game can be played individually (a point that for some reason surprised Iwata even though it was one of the first features announced for the game). As reason for offering this ability, Hori joked that he's shy and isn't particularly good at making friends. He played Final Fantasy XI all by himself. Iwata mentioned that he'd heard a rumor that during the DQX beta test, Hori would run away when people spoke to him. This rumor was true, Fujisawa confirmed. Well, I like the fact that they are doing something different from other MMO's and being kind to those that can't play all the time.

Actually, I hate to say that the WiiWare port of MDK2 sold very poorly. It didn't even make the required 6,000 downloads for Nintendo to start paying royalties, so Beamdog made no money off of it, and therefore they've (bitterly) abandoned developing for Nintendo consoles. ( Source)

Damn, that sucks. At least they tried, though.

Especially since Trent Oster said he considered the WiiWare version the definitive version of the game.

Well, at least the HD version will likely be at least on part with it.
MDK2 vanilla and the original are both already on Steam, so if any of you guys are curious, go throw Interplay some cash. I'm sure they could use it.

Watch it end up being Hyper Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition, featuring Birdie and Q. lol, Yeah that wouldn't be surprising. But if those rumors from Hadoken.net have any truth in them, other then some future bug fix or balance patch SFIV is done. I would be pleasantly surprised if this game would be a new Rival Schools game but thats just wishful thinking. EDIT: Well, false alarm. This "new" game is just the already announced JoJo HD fighting game.
