I'm with the last two guys on this one--Majora's Mask is made soooo much better by the three day gimmick. It actually makes the player go back and redo events, and gives them the opportunity to try all possible choices. I'm currently replaying Majora myself, and I am seeing more and more why I loved this game so much better than I did Ocarina.

Saim was against the gimmick but then ammited it gave tae game a little difference from OoT and GameMaster™ was just flat out against it. The 3 days gave this constraint to the player that made the game good, you were racing against a clock as well now when trying to beat a temple.

I don't think Zelda fans really know what they want in a Zelda game. Different groups want a game like Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, or Wind Waker now, and I bet when the next Zelda is available, people will want Twilight Princess as well and say that it's worse than it, despite how Zelda games are quality games.

I'd go for something that combines OoT, MM and WW myself.

I'd go for something that combines OoT, MM and WW myself. ToMWOM W? I'm not so sure about that. After all Maple Syrup and Pizza are both great, but I'm no so sure about mixing them. That had to be the dumbest thing I've ever said. More detail please Man-frog.

I don't think Ocarina is empty, but I will agree that Majora's Mask has a ton more going on. I think it's the most intimate Zelda I've played - you become quite attached to those quirky townsfolk as you try to solve their problems. Ocarina didn't have such a rich connection - to the Sages, perhaps, or to the residents of Lon Lon Ranch, but they too paled compared to the main characters. Wind Waker and Twilight Princess kind of went back to the Ocarina method of supporting characters, which is a bit of a shame, really, since that is what I felt was Majora's greatest strength.

Well, both Majora's Mask and Wind Waker are heavily built off OoT to begin with, so that part's out of the way... On a stylistic level I'd like to see a combination of Majora's creepy atmosphere and Waker's whimsical cartoony...ness. In terms of mechanics I'd like to see something not seen before, kinda like how Majora had the twist of a resettable three-day time limit . I'm not really sure what the new twist would be, but I'd wager it would involve the Wii's unorhtadox control scheme in some way. All I know is that I'd like some items that can surpasst the Oracle duo's in terms of ...um... uniqueness.

Mario Power Tennis videos are here. wii.com/jp/movies/selection03-movie/Well it seems there's now a power meter next to the characters icon. That's useful. The charging effects are different and more flashy with rings of light. The ball glows more than it did, not only leaving a trail of light but have a sphere of light around it too. Ofcourse the screen now splits for multiplayer. And you can zoom in during replays. No further changes I can see.

Mario Tennis GC is pretty diffeent from the original. For one thing, you don't move characters(or so it seems) and you'll have to rely on skills in hitting the ball, not where you position yourself. Not a good idea to me because I love always going to the front and deflecting any incoming shots - most people can see through the trick, but CPs are so very, very stupid. Ofcourse the screen now splits for multiplayer ...What? Why!? To show both players from their perspective. Try some multiplayer Mario Tennis GC (Mario Power Tennis) and play some Wii Sports to see the difference.

I guess it makes sense if you have to use the Wiimote to swing. Think I'll sit this one out, though.

Er YL, you do move characters. Good to hear. Wii Sports is kind of like Wii Play that it serves as a game for people to experient with what the Wii Remote can do, but Mario Power Tennis is supposed to be a full-fleged tennis game, so it's better to have character movement controlled. How to do that then? I don't think the Nunchuk needs to be attached.
