Don't fret it, man. I had a strong feeling it was a NES game, but I haven't played Vice (and I imagine most people haven't, either), so I didn't guess.
We'll see if anyone can answer my clue in this rotation.
Clue 1 - Way before Pokemon was evolving their Pocket Monsters, this particular title offered up tons of replay thanks to this primary game mechanic.
