OK. So I'm really enjoying this and waiting for a new one everyday but I have a small remark to your Doom Dragon description. It's because I don't really remember Isaac knowing about Doom Dragon secret. I tried to check this and stumbled at this site: goldensun.wikia.com/wiki/Doom_Dragonand it in fact mention: Isaac quickly realizes in secret the truth behind the dragon's true nature, but he makes the decision to place the fate of the world above the fate of their own parents...But I was still uncertain and checked the actual game script on the GameFAQ's: www.gamefaqs.com/gba/561356-golden-sun-the-lost-age/faqs/34292 So right after the battle there is a conversation with Kraden and it goes like that: KRADEN: The Wise One knew he couldn't stop you, so he played a cruel, wretched
trick on you instead.
ISAAC: Kraden, I don't understand... What are you trying to tell us?So I was right, Isaac had no clue about who the dragon really was. The misunderstanding might comes from what he says later: ISAAC: That's enough...
ISAAC: I knew what I was doing the moment I raised my sword.But this words are followed directly by: ISAAC: We defied the wise One in order to save the world. Our parents would
understand.So as I understand what he knew was that by defying the Wise One they could meet with some terrible consequences, not that he is fighting his father. Fry, I may not have something to say about every one of the Nintober drawings, but I enjoy each and every one. Every day it's a treat to see a new one of your drawings, even if I don't recognize all the characters. You have a great style, and I love the coloring and shading.
But most of all, it's for a great cause. Whether or not you reach your goal is irrelevant. What's important is that you strive for it. You're in the back half, now, and you're doing great!

Every morning the first thing I do is look go on twitter and then retweet your Nintober pic to my followers. I've also spread the word around to other sites, and I know that some people who aren't familiar with NinDB are now following this project. Keep it up, as seeing who the new character is, is a bright spot in my day.

This is possibly the most public my fanboyism has ever been... This is regularly posted to my Facebook accounts too, and my work just put something up on the intranet as well! I don't usually let my fanboy that close to my "real life" Nevertheless, I passed the midway point of Nintober, and I was exhausted yesterday and wanted to do something else instead, but couldn't. I was hitting "the wall", as fitter, healthier people may describe it. So I'm ploughing on. Today's will be done soon, and hopefully I can make a good start on tomorrow's as well! |

Holy shit, that reminds me I have yet to beat Hard Mode Fomortiis on the 3DS. Great execution and while I would love to give some "oh, you could have done x and y", I'll save it for after you finish the whole thing, so you don't e-strangle me.
Except for Phantoon (hey, don't blame me, blame my sentient love for Super Metroid, which was bitch slapping my brain for not posting this): you could have added some floating hands from Metriod Other M, some blue, ethereal eyeballs of death from Super Metroid and mentioned how he goes batshit insane if you pop a Super Missile into his eye.
But yeah, great stuff so far, keep at it, you... awesome fellow, you.
