When you play Local, Regional or Worldwide, you can play against non-friends. When you play a local game (as I understand it) the other players are added to your Friend Code list.
The Friend Codes just let you play against specific players.

Darn these noobs. Srry, but I got 4 messages from someone who just asked to add codes, 4 seperate times. These people post then leave. If you add the code, rememer most of us wont add you usless you try to be a regular member here.
What am I to do about these people.
