You exchange Wii codes with a friend, and both put them on your Wii's friend list. Then you can send messages and Miis to each other. Simple as that.

I set the Wii-mailadress to my hotmail (w5994447482302212@wii.com). I never tried to send an e-mail to my Wii.
Never mind anymore. I lost my Nintendo Wi-Fi USB connector anyway, so I can't get online.
I hope I find it before Smash Bros comes to the Wii in Europe!
