Well, I'm on my second avatar, and I'm thinking of maybe changing my name. The "Corey Woods" gag has gotten long in the tooth (if it even got noticed at all). I don't want to confuse anyone, tho. And I really appreciate being on a forum that respects good grammar.

How do you change you name anyways? Go to your profile and click on "Modify Profile". There's a field called "Display Name". Just change it.

Corey - if you change your name then I'll have to go back through changing the 3PS We're two software generations away from the N64, yet I have stubornly kept the 64 in my name.

The NES is FOUR generations away and I've stubbornly kept my name without a "Super", "64", "Advance", or any other title attached! I'm living in the past.

When I first signed up here, I considered using the name "Mike Jones", but I thought that might be too obvious. Now, I wonder if I should use "Nester" to match my avatar.
I was never good at coming up with names.

Which, for some reason, has reminded me that I haven't seen Dances in Underwear for a while... now THERE'S a name!!
To be honest, if I was doing this whole "joining the internet community" thing again, I'd go for something with "Mark" in the name.

Dude, you should totally change it to Fryguy Wii (you missed FryguyCube and Super Fryguy. Certainly Fryguy 2600) And I don't get the "Corey Woods" thing. Is that Nester avatar homemade or from Nester's Adventures? I personally think you can get a lot of better (read: funnier) avatars from here. EDIT: This thread is finally getting somewhere!

And I don't get the "Corey Woods" thing. Is that Nester avatar homemade or from Nester's Adventures? I personally think you can get a lot of better (read: funnier) avatars from here. Corey Woods is the name of Fred Savage's character from The Wizard. It's a natural sounding name, unlike most online aliases, but it's not my real name. I wondered if anyone would catch on to it. Anyone who noticed how much I was into the movie might have figured it out. I scanned the Nester avatar myself from the "Nester's Excellent Adventures" episode. I didn't want anything too goofy. Maybe I should use my real name (at least partially) for the 3PS feature. It might save Fry some trouble if I change my forum handle. EDIT: This thread is finally getting somewhere! It's a great off-topic, general purpose kind of thread.
