I hope that the Zapper itself is useful, because I can see myself ending up with a few when I keep buying cheap copies to trade in Crossbow Training to take advantage of trade in offers (like I have been doing with Wii Play).

They seem to be near enough invincible, anyway. They can walk in lava, breathe underwater and they don't even bat an eye when Wolf Link's around, unlike the other races. I shouldn't think an arrow would do them much damage.

I would think so too, but considering where the target is, I mean really, all guys consider that area sensitive...I don't think Goron's are any different. |

That's assuming Gorons ARE guys. I mean... have we ever seen a female Goron? They're probably genderless. And I don't remember seeing any private parts on OoT's naked Gorons.  |

Maybe those ARE the Goron's private parts, exposed for all to see! Evolution can be cruel and unusual.
And ignoring that they might have todgers made of stone for a minute, what if Link's aim is REALLY good and they get an arrow shot right up their urethral slit?

Anyway, I'm pretty sure there cardboard judging by the shadows. But still; Nintendo thats a little err... painful to look at.
