I should have posted this in March but I'm lazy. In Sweden we Have since January 2007 Two Nintendo Magazine. The official Club Nintendo Magazine(Which people says suck). and The unofficial +N Which are good. Well now to the point. In +N Nr2 released 6 March 2007 is very Wario Inspired. The Cover Is inspired by the movie Warriors and says The Warios. There's a 9-page article about Wario that explains what he eats and the theory about Foreman Spike etc. and This:
Translated article: Warioware: Twisted (GBA) was released in 2004 in Japan and in 2005 in america. In Europe we waited. And still does. But it's not a cruel conspiration from Nintendo. In the cartridge, That has built in Gyro sensor, there is a small amount of Mercury(Quicksilver). There is a EU-directive (2002/95/EG) that bannes some dangerous elements i electric and electronic products. Mercury is one of the banned elements. Electric and electronic products sold on the EU-Market can't contain any Mercury. The only exception is small amounts of Mercury in some Fluorescent lamps. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And that's the reason Why Europe didn't get Wario Ware: Twisted

I knew it was something to do with that, but I haven't been able to get the exact details (despite searching). So thanks

Ahh, so that's why... What about Drill Dozer, though? That didn't have any mercury in, did it?

Drill Dozer doesn't use a tilt sensor, does it? There's probably another reason for its unfortunate lack of a PAL release. I guess Nintendo didn't expect it to sell very well here.

No, but it did use a special rumble pak. Maybe that has similar issues.

Or maybe manufacturing a special Game Pak costs more than your usual Game Pak.

Europe don't deserve Twisted. They aren't able to cope with its awesomeness. That why you don't get it.

He's right, YOU CAN'T HANDLE IT!!!!!! I never played it though...I stuck with Touched. Oh you poor poor man. Touched is the ugly red headed step child of the handheld WarioWare games (haven't played Smooth Moves, so I wont say anything about that). Go buy the original. And go buy Twisted. And then thank me later.

Do listen to DiU!
Touched is lame - it's still awesome, but the least good one in the series.
And I guess you should try Smooth Moves, DiU! Feel its awesomeness!

Well I also own the original, but I've stopped buying GBA games. So Twisted is something I'll play when...I don't know

Why exactley would Europe ban Mercury? It doesn't sound right to me.

Why exactley would Europe ban Mercury? It doesn't sound right to me. Because mercury is poisonous. And European countries love to ban dangerous material.
