Love the Olimar... but I'll have none of this "Pikmin 2 is too long" daftness. I like having a game it's taken me ages to complete. I finish most of them in a weekend (if that)... having a game I can keep coming back to with new challenges is something I love and want to see more of.

Flint: Thanks for all these detailed explaination. For the Cp Falcon <>Ghost thing, I can't think of anyone better.
Your Olimar pic is great! I laughed a bit when I saw it.

And here is the 13th warrior… www.deviantart.com/deviation/21408719/And don’t tell me you weren’t expecting this, probably the most obvious of all, this picture in particular ended quite fugly. My bros always told me that pikachus doesn’t have a neck and that that’s why it look so strange, but I think its something in the face, I was planning on redo this Pikachu pic, but it might be latter. And Icymatt my previous pic for the bug warrior was Mr. Game and Watch, he didn’t make sense and he just got there thanks to Melee (besides is stupid to ask for new Game and watch games ever generation which is also one of the points of the 15 warriors), so Olimar is a much better choice. And yes the Rare sell affected greatly this project, but I think both Sami and Marth make much better choice for the Chosen 15 (I will post a pic with all the rejects latter). And fry, there are some games that are, at least to me, to long, good examples are Banjo-Tooie, Harvest Moon a Wonderful life, and Pikmin 2 mainly because I lost interest midway thought the game, I might return to them some time (right now I just returned to Metroid prime 2) but with Pikmin I doubt I ever will get the last special movie, even thought I did save Hocotate fright, even if the President reminded me of my boss (maybe that’s why I don feel compelled to continue playing, if you know what I mean )

More good stuff. I can't wait for the rejects.
Have you thought about adding warriors for the two G/S types? Dark and Steel wouldn't be that hard to assign.

Stanley the Bugman could have been Bug as well Forgot about him, didn't you? As for Pikachu, he's always a weird one to draw. I always draw him really stubby with no neck at all... basically a ball with a face, limbs and tail: My Steel/Dark suggestions... Samus would have made a good Steel... but my vote goes to Sukapon... or ROB the Robot! And Dark... why... there's your Mr. Game & Watch category right there EDIT: As for long games... I like them in moderation. If all of my games were as long as Pikmin 2 then I probably would tire of never getting to the end of a game. After all my complaints that Nintendo games are, on the whole, short experiences - I still haven't gotten around to completing the longer ones: Eternal Darkness, Metroid Prime 1+2, Pokemon Colosseum and Pikmin 2 are sitting unloved. But sometimes a game grips me until the end... Marios and Zeldas usually.

You know, a good candidate for Ice other than Samus would have been Mia from Golden Sun. I've yet to fully play the game (only the introductory stuff), but if I'm not mistaken, her element is Ice. Then, if Dark and Steel were included, Samus could nab the Steel position, and Dark would be left to, as Fry suggested, Game and Watch (though a more "evil" hero would be better) Edit: You know, now that I think of it, Takamaru would've been much cooler as a Steel Warrior Edit 2: And I just realized I correctly guessed Wario for Poison ;D *natch times two*

Just for fun... my selection would have been:
NORMAL: Mario FIGHTING: Fighter Hayabusa POISON: I dunno... err... Sheik? FLYING: Fox McCloud ROCK: Wario GROUND: Muddy Mole BUG: Olimar GRASS: Link FIRE: Tamagon ELECTRIC: Pikachu WATER: Bubbles ICE: Popo PSYCHIC: Ness GHOST: Sutte Hakkun (is he a ghost? I dunno) DRAGON: Marth
STEEL: Sukapon DARK: Mr. Game & Watch
Doubt I'll ever draw them though ;D

Just for fun... my selection would have been: NORMAL: Mario Why Mario? Can he shoot ice? Spit water? Fight with sword? Spear? Can he be everything? Again, why? I suppose Hakkun is a blob. Here's my choice: I'll fill every field with "Kirby".

Mario is normal because he's the bog-standard hero. Not all Normal type Pokemon have a diverse range of powers. Try giving Flamethrower to a Raticate Link because he wears green clothes and was raised by the Kokiri (I should have been more specific... OoT Link). And yes, Hakkun is a blob... but Nintendo doesn't seem to do any ghost heroes.

Well, here are finally the last Two Warriors… www.deviantart.com/deviation/21510137/ Mario was an obvious choice, but Luigi not so much; still, if you look at the bros personalities, I think their fit. Now I should mention a few of the reasoning as to why my pics for every elemental warrior: 1) The list is based on the cast from the original SSB (minus Jigglypuff, which I feel doesn’t fit in the cast) 2) Every character represents a popular Nintendo franchise (Luigi could represent the Mario spin-offs) 3) I didn’t chose any obscure characters for the lineup only Nintendo most popular ones (most of Fryguys pick make more sense than mine element wise, but is mainly comprised by obscure characters) 4) I only chose main characters. 5) Every of the represented franchises must have possibilities for a sequel (that’s also why I stayed away from obscure franchises or ones without possibilities of a sequel like Mr. Game and Watch) 6) Every character is Owned by Nintendo (or at least Co-owned) Now with all this said, I would like to hear your pics for both Steel and Dark, and I Might do the characters that most people agree with. My personal pics for these elements are: -Steel: Ray legend (from Custom Robot) -Dark: Pious (from Eternal Darkness, that’s of course if Nintendo still owns the franchise) You could also make some changes, like Making Samus the steel warrior, but in that case provide a substitute.

You know, I was thinking the other night that you might make the Bros. a pair for one element, either Fire or Water (they chuck fireballs or they fix pipes), but then I realized you might do this instead. Bravo, flint. I really enjoyed this series, as you could tell! ;D

Very nice. A fitting end.
Personally, I feel Samus could've been the ghost warrior or shadow warrior, because she's a bounty hunter, and they hide in the shadows...and then there was that phazon stuff...but Falcon wouldn't have fit most anywhere else...So, she's good where she is.

ones without possibilities of a sequel like Mr. Game and Watch I think that the third SSB will have him included again. Funny. Link for all? (I know that those "[links]" are hyperlinks leading to other pages, I'm just making fun)
