Obscure Nintendo Characters Art (Now Flint´s Art)

Fryguy´s drawing of Capitan Syrup inspired me to Draw her, so I checked some old magazines where I remember I saw her picture, and to my surprise, She doesn’t look at all at how many Mario fans have portrayed her along the years

I am in complete and utter shock that official Captain Syrup art of any kind exists.

Yeah, it's weird because the official stuff that I've seen sort of leads you to believe Captain Syrup is a man. For example, the manual refers to her as a "guy." It's like they wanted her to be a surprise in the same way Samus's identity was meant to be a surprise.

The official nintendo magazine here in Mexico, had a special isue about videogame artwork some years ago, it featured tons of Mario Artwork, even a few that are only for internal reference at Nintendo.

How big is your mail account? because, it’s a lot of stuff besides only half of the magazine featured Nintendo franchises stuff (and mostly Mario), the other half is about other companies like Capcom, Square, Acclaim, and SNK, do you want also this or only the Nintendo part. Most of this stuff I have already seen it on the Internet, Cp. Syrup was one of the few that doesn’t seem to pop any ware.

Go ahead! any one who wants can use these pictures (In fact I would be happy if this picture is soon spread across the Internet).
I will send part of the scans as soon as I can, but the rest of the pictures are not as dificult to find like Syrup Pic (I think this is the most interesting pic in the entire magazine)
