Your artwork always reminds me very much of the artwork from early Nintendo manuals. Very nice, Fryguy. ;D

That's because I pretty much learned to draw from old Nintendo manuals... Another reason why Nintendo has changed my life. You think I'd be a graphic designer now if it wasn't for the SMB3 manual?

Ha! It’s nearly the same with me Fryguy If it weren’t for Nintendo; I probably would be a Paleontologist or an architect right now. But here I am doing character and background design for many things. Early on my life, I use to bought certain games (Megaman games) only to look at the character artwork from the manuals (I couldn’t beat almost any games on the Nes, Kirby’s Adventure being the exception)

I'd probably have followed in my family's footsteps and become an accountant or something

More to come tonight: a bunch of DK, DKJr, Wrecking Crew, Stack-Up, Mach Rider and the enemy fighter from Balloon Fight! I'm pleased with some of these

Very, very cool man - like has been said, very reminiscient of those old manuals. I too used to love just browsing through the games manuals, and looking at the enemy artwork. That said, I'm still studying accounting, finance and law... My favourite of your pics, so far Fryguy, would have to be the fly from Mario Bros. - very well drawn. ;D
