Well... in 9-Volt's intro, you'll see some monkeys in the background when 18-Volt enters Toy Express. These monkeys are actually characters from Rhythm Tengoku.
And some says the cashier in 9-Volt's ending is Satoru Iwata. Look at his trademark square face and his glasses!

Sweet! Thanks Is that all of the ones in the game, or all the ones in that video?

Neither... there are at least a few in the video he didn't list.
For instance, there's a Wind Waker one where you guide Link, using the Deku Leaf, to one of the plateaus between Forest Haven and Forbidden Woods.

Smashchu: Huh? You said that?
If I remember correctly, there are 22 games (some have 20 and some have 22; and poor Orbulon got only 18) in 9-Volt's set. Now Smashchu had got 12, plus the boss. 10 more to go!

Heres some you may have missed -The clerk during the game resembels Iwata. You\\\'ll only see his face in the ending -There is a pose card called "Triforce" where the person resembels Link in the old games(8-bit) See. Theres more games, but those are the ones that are based on the actual games. There is also Opening Night which uses the Remote Control. i listed the sprites, but I don\\\'t know the music I\'ll look for the names of the other ones. Octopus(game and watch) (The Discard) When the diver gathers some treaure, pick up the remote Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (The Mohawk) Move tto guide Like(with a Deku Leaf) on to a platform (NOTE:Kirbychu mentioned this one) Warioware: Twisted (The chauferr) Tilt the GBA to do things on screen. In one level you must shave a man. In another you must tilt the GBA to make a man\\\'s hat fall And some more oputside cameos -In \"How the west was really won\\\" if you lose(get shot) your pants will fall revealing Boxers with Mario Flowers stars and mushrooms -When Mona\'s stage appers it will make sounds from the Mario games

Don't forget the Diskun appearance, also in 9-Volt's stage... I posted it somewhere before so I still have this image on my server: I don't have the game so I can't confim it myself, but I got it from a video of the game so I guess it should be in there.

If you need confimation, yes, it is in the game
Super Nostalgic Entertainment System (The Cheuferr) When if the upright posistion, press down to put the Game in the system
Light Clay Shooter (The Remote Control) with your light gun(not THE light gun) shot duckss(this comes from a toy Nintendo made, so it's not a cameo of Duck Hunt)
There are 23 games in 9-Volts collection BTW.

That's the vacuum, right? No, I don't think that's been said, but I know just what you're talking about. That was the one item I couldn't identify.

Here's the full list of 9-Volt's games:
WARNING WARIO WARE SPOILERS. ... Duh.
Wiipeat After Me- Just a game where you cope Wiimote movements prompted on the screen. It doesn't seem to be based on anything besides maybe the Wii system itself. Super Mario Bros.- A game done in the Umbrella position. Mario walks through a levvel and you have to collect coins from boxes by thrusting the Wiimote upward. Light Tennis- You twist the dial on what looks kind of like a pong machine. "Finger Food" position. Animal Crossing: Wild World- Fishing microgame. "Tug of war" position. Opening Night- You conduct a retro song, while 8-bit sprites play the instruments. Not going to go into the massive details of which sprites and songs unless you ask. Remote control position. Wario Ware: Twisted!- Play a microgame from Twisted. One of my faves : ], handlebar position. Wario Land- You're holding onto an enemy and you have to throw it at another enemy. I love this one too. Boxer position. Game & Watch Octopus- Getting the treasure before the octopus grabs you. Discard position. I've been unable to figure out how to actually do this one correctly Balloon Fighter- You've all seen this one, right? Big cheese position. Metroid Prime 2- There's a barrel in the middle of a room and you use Samus in morph ball form to roll her into the barrel. I'm not sure why this microgame mentions Prime 2 specifically, it's about as related as Prime 1 is. Pikmin 2- You control Empress Bulbax, and you have to squish all the Pikmin on screen by rolling over them. Finger food position. Nintendogs- Put your hand in front of a dog so it can give you a high five. Waiter position. Super Mario Sunshine- A building is on fire and you use the FLUDD to put it out. Tug-of-war position. Punch-Out!- You act as Mario the refferee, counting down a KO on the downed opponent by waggling your hand. King Hippo is Level 3. Umbrella position. Super Nostalgic Entertainment System- There's a cartridge hovering over a SNES, and you have to shove it into the system at the correct time. Handlebar position. Laser Clay Shooting- You shoot these hologram ducks with the light gun. Remote control position. The Wind Waker- You're Link in midair, holding the Deku Leaf, and you have to land on a platform. Mohawk position. Brain Age- Connect the numbers. Sketch artist position. Ocarina of Time- You're Link pulling out the Master Sword. Janitor position. One Hit Wonder- Remember that batting machine that was 9-Volt's boss in the first Wario Ware? It's a microgame in this one. Hit the oncoming ball, using the Wiimote as a bat. Janitor position. Clu Clu Land- This one's in 3D! Use the Wiimote to steer Bubbles through obstacles. Elephant position. Sifty Character- There's an item hidden in the sand and you have to filter it out. The item is either a Game Boy, a Nintendo brand card deck, or a Virtual Boy. Chauffeur position.
BOSS: Star Fox- You pilot an Arwing through a Star Fox level and the boss at the end is ROB holding a light gun. It's amazing. Chauffeur position.
If you need any extra info or more detailed info on a given microgame I can help out there too.
EDIT: Looks like Smashchu's already taken care of mostly everything. Once again I thought the wrong page was the most recent one. Sorry about that.
