I do like monkeys, but I wouldn't want to hold a conversation with one!  I would like to keep the same forums we have here, and I would like to bring over as many of the large and active topics as I can. I can't take the posts, but that's just a problem. As for you, TtF... I didn't raise you to care about things like post count! I didn't give you life, pay for your education and send you out into the world believing such things are important! I'm so ashamed! Good lord!  |

For certain PHP+MySQL boards, posts, account info, and everything can be transferred to the board based on the same code. I don't know if this works with boards that are not set up by yourself since Proboards is doing everything about database handling here, right?

Also, I just noticed the "All your base are belong to us" reference on the site! Any site that mentions "All your base are belong to us" is cool to me! (I'm a big "All your base are belong to us" fan. I'm currently wearing a shirt with Cats and "All your base are belong to us" on it, and I have a dog named "All Your Base." |

Mr. Molecule, we did go through this with n-Sider, but that was a very different messageboard. You can't just group all messageboards into a big 'bad' folder and leave this one alone in a 'good' folder. Did you even go over there and see what kind of discussion there was before jumping to conclusions?

I like Gamehiker as a site, but haven't visited the forums. I do like the group here (and I am posting a bit more regularally nowadays), but I wouldn't mind a merger if it's best for the boards on a whole.
