Someone did mention it in the cameo forum, but then someone said it looked like a hand made of bees, or something. Nobody really committed to it, so I skipped it for now.
I haven't picked up the game, so I can't confirm myself.

I have the game, and I do remember something like that... I'll take a look later. It is a good game, btw. Kind of like a mix of all the games in Super Star. I'd recommend it, it's probably my favourite post-SNES Kirby game.

I'd recommend it, it's probably my favourite post-SNES Kirby game. No need. I have just now rented it and it is confirmed...for me at least... Not only does he appear in the Secret Level of World 2. He also appears in Ice Island(I believe World 5)'s Level 4 or 5. The sprites are even the same.

Don't you need an Action Replay (or similar) device to reach the debug menu? Not sure if it counts as a cameo then, since the player isn't really supposed to see it.

We also have a Kirby Cameo in Earthbound... Was Earthbound based on the Kirby formula or whatever? Why the hell is he there? Anyways, that's kinda like saying, since Ocarina of Time was based on the Mario 64 game engine, then that's a cameo...or something like that. I can't really compare since I have no idea why Kirby is there.

Was Earthbound based on the Kirby formula or whatever? Why the hell is he there? He's there because that's the menu used by HAL's debug team. No more reason than that, really.

We also have a Kirby Cameo in Earthbound... Actually, that WAS already submitted. I'm just not sure whether to add it. It's not exactly as interesting as the Arwing in OoT ;D

You have to use a cheat cart to unlock it. It's basically tiny and flies around shooting at Link. It was either a test model or removed for reasons unknown.

I'm not sure if this counts as a cameo but I was recently playing Luigi's Mansion and I spotted the book that Neville was reading.
It said "Mario Start" as the title. And it showed the emblem of Mario.(The gold one with his shadow)
