<Rocketbarrel Barrage>The weapons Diddy Kong wields are his Peanut Popgun and his Rocketbarrel Boost.
His Final Smash makes superb use of both of these weapons! He has popguns in both hands! And his rocketbarrels are firing! He flies majestically through the sky!Wow! The controls make it feel like you’re flying with a rocket pack! It’s really fun. Tilt his body left and right to move. It’s a popgun barrage! Explosions everywhere!The Peanut Popgun fires straight down, so you change the peanut firing angles by tilting Diddy left to right. I highly suggest mastering this. When time runs out, the rocketbarrels explode! Plus, you can gobble up the peanuts that fall to the ground.Will you be enjoying some? No? Well, your opponents can eat the peanuts, too. So when your shots don’t hit, your opponents end up recovering damage instead of taking it. |

Wow! That's a pretty cool Final Smash! A move that takes two special moves and then combines them into one move with added bonuses! (Two popguns and the rocket barrel explosion at the end).
I have to admit that Diddy does look pretty crazy with his eyes changing colour, he wears his jet pack on and that he is holding two peanut popguns. It seems like something that you would have thought would never happen.

It looks cool. It is unexpected. I thought he would use his guitar or team up with Dixie. It is good enough, though.

Meh... a Final Smash based on his special moves? This ain't that great. Although I like the idea of having to hit the opponents or sprinkle the stage with tasty peanuts.

Bit of a boring final smash, in that its nothing new, just more of what he already has. Still looks good to use, though.

The guitar would be a suitable win pose for Diddy, but that's about it.
Maybe they didn't think it was appropriate for a final smash. Maybe they felt it wasn't truly Diddy's style and wanted to focus more on the new Diddy (lol, nudity).

I like this FS. I mean, it's a lot more creative then the guitar or Dixie thing. Plus it's probobly awesomely fun. Air raid wins.

This will be fun, though the fact that it reuses special moves gives it less... idk, "cameo points" to call it some way. Not too exciting.

What do you mean the "new" Diddy? The goofy, clumsy one? It is kinda funny that when Diddy made the transition to Nintendo owned that he became more of the clumsy monkey boy, instead of the "rad dude" or whatever the hell ya wanna call it from DKC  I happen to like this Final Smash. A lot of the "weaker" characters seem to be getting Finals that make them airborne. Not a bad call. |
