Well, with Pictochat's reveal on Monday, I doubt any other stages will appear. I will take a wild stab and hope that Capt. Falcon shows up in the next two days.

We're really seeing the effects of the delay. Consider... if it wasn't delayed we'd only have about 5 weeks left till the US release.
Now we're over FOURTEEN weeks away. Obviously our starting roster is almost completely known... there can't possibly be that many characters left to reveal. So Captain Falcon and F-Zero stuff might be pushed back to keep updates fresh. Maybe we'll see him in December or January.

The delay definitely screwed us as far as updates are concerned.
BUT I can see Secret Characters appearing on the site come December. Why? Because Sakurai had said he'd like everything known in the game before its release. Something along those lines.

Well with about 60 extra updates a few unlockable things will probably show up. Again as long as there won't be updates about returning items being exactly the same, I'm good.
Did the Japanese had a release date before the delay too? Something around 22nd November was it?
I can see a special update showing up on that date.
Ohyeah, my prediction for today is Capt. Falcon. And for the day after that Capt. Falcon. And for next week Capt. Falcon. I should be able to 'predict' something this way.

King Dedede is like the penguin version of Ganondorf......
not really but I'm calling it. Its closer than Captain Falcon anyways....

Also I doubt the delay has screwed up the updates too much - they didn't, like, decide to delay the game on that day - they clearly knew it was coming yet STILL decided to pump out (and continue to pump out) brilliant updates. I'm scared at the amount of awesome we'll have seen by Jan 24th.

I'd like to see Falcon soon...maybe even tomorrow. He's way overdue...that is, if he's gonna return at all.
But if not...tomorrow may just be music, which definitely won't be a bad update, of course.

Next week...well, since I blew it for this week (Dedede is a pleasant surprise), I'll try to be a bit more cautious in my picks. I predict a new item (it's been a while), I think Lucas may get his moves revealed, and a new music selection (Sonic, perhaps?) will appear.
