Al new Wii games here are €50,- (about $70,-) or €60,- (about $85,-) so as usual we Europeans get nailed again.

Wow, it seems like you guys get overpriced (as I can tell the American equivalent of your prices).
What would $50 (our new Wii games) be in Euros and all the other currencies?

35 in Euros if I'm not mistaken, 57 AU, and 25 pounds. Thats all done in my head based on the other conversions in this thread.

But on the other hand the prices look so high because the euro simply is worth more and I think everything here looks very expensive for Americans when you convert the prices to dollars.

Yeah, I wouldn't spend $85 on a game, no matter how good it is. The most expensive game on the market here is probably Guitar Hero II for the XBOX 360. It's about $90, but it comes with the guitar...

Brawl has sparked what is now a wildfire of hype, so I would expect it to not be wicked expensive. I mean, imagine how upset fans would be if it was too expensive for them to buy?

Australian prices are just the US dollar amount x2, which made sense back in the NES days when the exchange rate was US$1 = AU$0.50, but currently US$1 - AU$0.90, making the price ridiculous, as a $50 game should be $55 - a $45 increase for a delay and an ugly ratings sticker on our boxes. Lucky us.
