Hehe. Best. Update. EVER.
I wonder if a lot of Pokemon are turning up in odd places?

Rayquaza looks brilliant. Fair to assume he's a boss, yes?

This video was the best yet. Rayquaza was fantastic. Fox was a total badass. And Tei definitely called Rayquaza being a boss in SSE. Man, what is it with all the awesome updates being on a monday lately?

I guess this means Rayquaza won't be a pokeball summon. Ohwell.
Fox's cocky attitude somehow reminds me of N64 Smash Fox and I like that.

Yeah right! Like Fox would ever associate with a MONKEY! Awesome vid. Rayquaza was a surprise!

Wow this video was amazing. I can't wait to see how 30 or so more characters fit in to all this.

And you call this a Monday update?
It' a good idea of how Pokemon should be used for me.

Great video, from the description I thought the "evil hand' was going to belong to Master/Crazy Hand but Rayquaza still made the video great. The sound of that energy ball hitting Rayquaza does sound a bit odd though, like it's hitting metal or something electroinc? Pokemon with electronic tags that make them go under others (evil) people's control perhaps? Evil robot Pokemon that look like normal Pokemon? Or was it just an electric sound of the energy ball hitting and dissapating on Rayquaza? EDIT: This video also confirms that Fox was flying the Arwing in that footage involving the Halberd and the Arwing.

I love Rayquaza's model. And Fox looks cool again to me.
Rayquaza looks like a good boss, as it's often depicted as an angry Pokémon, often confronting characters that don't even have bad intentions.

In my crazy Pokemon shooter game (a la Contra), I envisioned Rayquaza being some crazy ultimate boss. It just oozes that weird "I'm not what you expected to be a boss but I totally am" quality, like Necron in Final Fantasy 9 or Princess Shroob the Elder in Mario and Luigi 2. I'm a schoolgirl when it comes to "holy crap I did NOT expect that!" with bosses.
So any other ideas how legendaries play a role? --Groudon and Kyogre war at some part of the game and must be stopped by the heroes --Latios and Latias guide a character --Mew follows a character through the story --Mewtwo appears towards the end as a playable character for whatever reasons --Dialga and Palkia are enslaved by the Primids
I really like the Space/Time thing with Palkia/Dialga tying into the Subspace Emissary. It works soooo well.
