My guess is the one with the long ponytail is some queer looking FE hero. e: It's this guyThe one left of Toad looks like either Snake or Gray Fox to me. e: And it is. Gray Fox.

Cool idea. I wonder how this will affect, say, gamer culture around Super Bowl time? ;p

Spectating doesn't excite me the way I had hoped to be excited. At least you can bet coins and get prizes.

Not bad. Better then most of the stuff this week. Interesting, but not ground breaking.

But then you should be able to enter wii codes and watch all your favorite Brawlers. Strange update.

What the hell? It must be Blow the Rookies week, because this is only second to the Meta Knight Moves update in lame. Seriously--taunting, handicap mode and now a mode where you watch other people play instead of playing yourself? Balls to this, I say, this is officially the worst week of Brawl updates ever. XD
Like DiU said, it's fitting.

Like DiU said, it's fitting. Yeah. I'd have to agree. It's nice, but by no means saves the week.

The game WAS supposed to be out incredibly soon in Japan. And since the updates are prepared five weeks in advance...
Is it five weeks SINCE the announced delay? Then we might see some interesting updates, to cover additional ground. Orrrrrrr it could follow my original theory that updates would just STOP at this point, to "put finishing touches on the game." He totally pulled that with Melee... I think.

This update is actualy pretty cool. You can see the tecniques of other people and use them yourself. Plus, you could get to see some pretty epic battles!

I actually kinda like this. Better than anything else this week anyway.
But this creates a bigger mystery. Why would coins be so important that you would bet them? Any theories on that?
P.S. Yay Silver! Think he'll be an AT?

This quote below is also quite interesting. So people who uploaded VG footage from the past have been helping on Smash Bros . . .

Well it wasn't quite "You can change colors" but alternate costumes are being shown for the first time (on the Dojo), so I win.
I'll probably watch a couple matches, mainly for the betting feature. But this was a terrible, terrible week of updates.

As far as closing the site, we'll have to see. The Melee site updated on a weekly bases with no hiccups, but it was never delayed. It could very well end and start back up again. I think we'll have to see how it plays out. I just hope to see Falcon. EDIT: Spectator kind of seems sucky if you dont know the names of whos playing. Why would I watch noobs on wifi when I could just go on youtube and watch some pro matches (im guessing there will be some pro footage or brawl a few months following its release)Guess who said that?
