I'm loving this stage! And a Pikmin sequel hinted at? "Lets just call it the Distant Planet for now..." For now, eh? Then we may learn its actual name in the next Pikmin game, yes?

I have yet to play Pikmin 2 even. I only played the first.
All these Pikmin additions to Brawl are inspiring me to buy 2.

We know the planet is supposed to be Earth, because of the whole "Captain Olimar is the size of a quarter" thing, but Smash is calling it the "Distant Planet" to avoid confusion with say, Shadow Moses in Alaska or Pokemon Stadium 2 in Kanto, both of which take place on their own versions of Earth... Heck, the only way it would be more true to the concept (and to the Pikmin franchise) is if that was a 7up Cola Can in the background! |

In case you didn't know, I'm a big fan of Pikmin. This stage just REEKS of awesome! ;D You'll probably be able to seperate the platforms from decoration when playing it (after March 9th  ). |

From what I understand there's a hobostorm everyday there. I'll bet the delay spawned a few new memes that were unfunny the minute that were created.
I just hope he keeps updating the dojo.

Hobostorms usually happen for big things (like Vader and Yoda in SC4), at least across the entire board. But /v/ had a lot of Rule 34....... |
