Port Town Aero Dive Port Town Aero Dive is the huge track that appears in F-Zero GX/AX. The main platform for this stage zooms along the track, stopping randomly in several locations, each of which has its own unique terrain.
You start here. Hop on the platform as it whizzes around the track. The platform will randomly stop off in one of many locations. Since this is a rather daring course, the configuration of the terrain in each location within it is appropriately treacherous. Expect lots of steep slopes and ups and downs.
We’ve even included that famous stepped portion of the track. Th-there’s a wall in the middle of the course?! Sometimes the platform will even separate completely from the track. When it does, you’re in store for some really great views of the course. The track looks so 3-D from up here. Boy, all this talk of angles and curves gets me in the mood to watch a neck-and-neck race. Guess I’ll have to settle for a lightning-fast round of Smash.

This is my first Dojo thread here. I've taken over for Parrothead for right now. Sorry about it taking so long, as I was getting used to posting this. I'll try to have tommorows up faster.

These are some nice screens. And looking at this stage reminds me of the F-Zero stage in Melee just Newer. Anyways cool.

This stage is kind of exciting, I must say, although personally I might not appreciate it a lot. I liked Melee for its complete lack of 3rd party stuff, but for now... sigh It no longer looks like a Nintendo encyclopedia to me, and - please, hate me if you must, but don't attack me for this post. I don't want the topic to be contaminated, and this is some mere personal expression.
Talking about the stage itself, I wonder how random will the stopping points be? Will the platform stop at different angles too?
And I think hidden stages should be masked with "?"'s too.

Anything at all?

The landing destinations are totally random this time? I like that.

This is totally better than the F-Zero X course in Melee. However, this screenshot totally creeps me out. AAaaaaaaaargh, it's gonnna eat you! Look out behind you!

I don't know if theres anyone left here thats avoiding spoilers, but, just in case, maybe get rid of that 'and Mewtwo, Roy and Dr Mario' won't be in stuff, eh, Sqrt2?

Wait...is this an unlockable? I don't think it is. It was listed in the music update. I think the question marks should be used for only updates with question marks. Otherwise, go ahead and list it.
Good job though. And it's a pretty good stage.

Personally, I fail to see how that is a spoiler. Ness and the other secret characters being in, I'd consider that being a spoiler, but the removal of three characters that were in Melee? Besides, I'm sure nobody really expected Dr. Mario and Roy to dodge the axe and appear in Brawl anyway (well, nobody except me perhaps). So, I'll leave it unless Fry tells me otherwise.
