This spurns from the fact that I have no idea how to pronounce "Johans," and it looks similar to "Johannes." This will sound stupidly ironic, but I don't know the English pronounciation of it, either, because nobody speaks English here. But we pronounce it stressed on "jo", probably a rule inherited from Spanish.

So it's basically "Johannes", stressed on "Jo" . Girls seem to like it for some reason.
