Hope this thread turns out better than my others (usually) do... I'm gonna make this explaination short and simple. Just tell us what your strategies for beating up your foes in battle! I mostly stay on the ground and pick on the damage points with A-button moves from the start, but if things start to get a bit rough, I'd step it up and use some B-button moves. And if I'm desperate to survive, I'll try to get in the air and fend him (her? ) off as much as I can. And when I get a Final Smash, I try not to make things too unfair and give the opponant a few moment's chance to get it out of me. Even so, I usually keep the Smash Ball with me (only because I usually play my friend from college, he kinda sucks).

I use Snake mainly, so I like to camp and edge guard. Especially with the c4. For close range, I like to use his FA, NA, and mortar slide. I rarly use his RPG.

Long Answer: I tend to use Ike, so I generally try to rack up damage with some of his faster and weaker attacks, such as Aether, then, depending on what the situation calls for, I either F-smash, U-Smash. or "Eruption" them (bad gramarz) to oblivion.
Short Answer: AETHER SPAM.

I really enjoy playing as Lucas. His PK Fire is great for keeping my opponent away from me. It is a good way to knock my opponent off the stage so I can either follow up with PK Freeze or aerial forward but the most powerful aerial move Lucas has is, IMO, the aerial backward where Lucas flips backwards and kicks his opponent straight down. Its a hard move to pull off but it is so satisfying when it is successful. If I miss connecting my aerial move, I can try to get back on the stage with PK Thunder but that's when I'm facing away from the stage. If I'm facing the stage, I can either use PK Thunder or the snake to grab the edge. I think his up smash move is, IMO, very powerful and it can be really effective when the opponent is next to me or above me. So I guess my strategy is to get the opponent off the stage and keep them out with projectiles or aerial moves.

Oh, I use the Starfox characters a lot (no duh, you prolly knew that already), but the character I use out of the three depends on who I'm challenging.
Fox: He's kind of in the middle, a little bit of everything. I use him on beginners.
Falco: If my opponent is really good at staying on your tail, he's my man.
Wolf: The reason is that he's so fricken badass really powerful. Good for an expert, and I use him if my opponent chooses a lightweight (I pick last most of the time).
I also use Ike for mostly the same reason I use Wolf, and Captain Falcon for his up-B (my friend hates that move)

I hate playing as Fox and Falco but I absolutely love playing as Wolf! When playing as Wolf, I like to rack up damage by tapping A (the third time is great) and side A (its pretty good). When the damage is high enough, I usually like to use smash moves and side special (remember Sakurai said it is a meteor smash at the end) to score KOs. I need more practice with his reflector and up special, though. Wolf is simply one of my favorite fighters that suit my fighting style.

My strategies (as DK, of course!)
Charge up Giant Punch, do a couple of handslaps, release punch on target, fiddle around with items/other moves, charge up Giant Punch....

I've found with Meta Knight since he moves so fast you can in and out of your rivals extremely easy and then you just keep coming at them and when the time is right I use the up special and finish them off.
