Now you're just calling any obscure game popular. Wrong. For the Frog the Bell Tolls is popular, but not Tomato Adventure, Tin Star nor even Alleyway which stars Mario. I've seen a bunch of fan art dedicated to For the Frog the Bell Tolls, which is a sign saying that it is popular. Even a couple of songs were added to CD albums released only to Club Nintendo members. Flip thinks it's bull, but why is there so many artworks of Krystal? Because many people like her. |

There's a difference between games/franchises being popular and them having a small fan-following. A bunch of fanarts doesn't measure a game's popularity. Guess what, I've seen plenty of Devil World fanart. The game's music was remixed twice and put on some album aswell, don't tell me that's a popular game now too. The game may be regarded a classic in Japan for all I know, but that still doesn't make it popular. |

Agreed. Also, look at the Mother series, it has a huge fan following, remixes everywhere, and two characters in Brawl, yet Mother 3 sales were bad, and Earthbound was a huge bomb.
