Masahiro Sakurai has been said to be a voice actor in Kirby 64, but... Where can I hear it? I don't seem to hear any voice acting other than Kirby himself...

I'm not sure, but doesn't King Dedede make scarcely audible groans when he is hit?

Yep. He grunts when he gets hit or when he's tipping off the edge of a platform. The voice sounds pretty damn similar to the voice he has in Brawl, so...

I've seen someone in NinDB using this term... and from my memory, that's really referring to Sakurai, not The Great Fry's archrival in Nintendo fandom.
And subsequent chacking reveals that I mistook DDD's voice as some random SFX when playing his parts.
