I sent some of these by mail, but I got no reply. So I'll just post them here:
Mario's Picross (Japan/USA differences) If you play the game on a Super Game Boy, the USA version of the game will have a border that say s"Super Game Boy" on the bottom. But if you play the Japanese version, the border will say "Super Game Boy Bros." in the bottom.
Picross 2 (Easter Egg) When you play this game on a Super Game Boy the border will be the outline of a Game Boy Pocket screen. Now if you hold any of the following buttons and then press Start, you will get different borders.
Hold Left and press START. Hold Right and press START. Hold Up and press START. Hold Down and press START. Hold B and press START. Hold Select and press START.
Tetris Attack (Easter Egg) If you play the game on a Super Game Boy, you can get 6 different borders (apart from the default one) if you press and hold Up, Left or Down and then press either A or Start.
Tetris DX (Easter Egg) If you play the game on a Super Game Boy 2, you'll get a hidden border. You can also access that hidden border by inserting a Game Genie on a Super Game Boy 1 and then inserting the game. For some reason the Game Genie will unlock the hidden border.
*Easter Eggs thanks to Nensondubois.

Perhaps it's the game genie border?

No, Game Genie doesn't have a border. But if it did, then the Tetris DX hidden border wouldn't appear only in the SGB2.

Hey, I got the email, I'm just not very good at responding to them all. Much better if you post stuff here anyway These are great, by the way, and will definitely be added to the site after I've tried them all out

I tried the Tetris Attack one. The borders are based on the six stages available for single player in the SNES version (Yoshi, Breeze, Forest, Water, Blaze, Moon).

There's a gameboy version? And I'm assumng it's colorful, white, dark green, blue, red, dark? Not just solid colors of course, but still.

For some reason RevVGM knows a little too much of my footprints, yes? I was first to discover these and they are up at GSCentral.org, General Gaming discussion and you'll see that I have been working on this database for ages. These are all factual easter eggs.

And to be fair, in the email he sent me he also credited you, so don't worry about it

I'm not upset about anything of the sorts. I'm just confused how someone could be more obsessed than me about the SGB! In case anyone wants to actually see the database, you can here. board.gscentral.org/showthread.php?t=13695
