Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Connects to Fire Emblem (Rekka no Ken) and The Sacred Stones to unlock art. Never used. I heard it also unlocks an extra mission (or missions) as well as artwork, Nester. Use should really try it out.
My games with GCN-GBA connectivity Animal Crossing.Used it to access the island and the Animal Island GBA download and also to use the e-Reader functionality (got myself a Mario/Jumpman sprite pattern because of it) I know I'm tried it once for the other functions such as NES download and art pattern download as well. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind WakerThe whole reason for getting a GBA-GCN cable was for this game (even though it cost $30 for the cable), unfortnately playing co-op with brother who uses your rupees to bomb you really sucks. So I played though the game using it by myself and got all the Tingle statues and I used it to find Knuckle from Outset Island. Don't worry Tingle will protect you! The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords AdventuresGot a second GCN-GBA cable because of this game. Played though a few chapters with my brother, we got stuck on 1 level and he would never play the game with me again, so I went and completed the game with a GCN controller. But then again he had a hard time playing with his original GBA while I used my GBA SP. I would really like to see Nintendo make a DS-Wii sequel to this game (and that's why I'm happy about FFCC:EoT). Splinter Cell: Pandora TommorowNever used According to the manual it allows for a radar screen to appear on the GBA and allows for remote access to gun turrets. Star Wars Rogue Sqaudron III: Rebel StrikeNever used. Metroid PrimeNever used as I don't own Metroid Fusion, but I have thought about buying a really cheap copy, so I can play the game, get the MP connectivity features and also the ones from Metroid Zero Mission as well.

Sonic Adventure 2: Battle - Used with Sonic Advance to mess around with little Chao things. I did it a few times, but I never got into the Chao thing, so. Actually, this was a really practical use for the link-up. The Dreamcast versions used the tiny LCD screen on the VMU memory card, which was terrible. The mini-game was no fun. The lithium batteries in the VMU ran out pretty quickly, and those things were expensive. It would've been much better to be able to hook up with the GBA like the GameCube versions. Come to think of it, the Neo Geo Pocket Color did have a Sonic game (Sonic's Pocket Adventure), but I don't think either of the Sonic games on the Dreamcast hooked up with it. I heard it also unlocks an extra mission (or missions) as well as artwork, Nester. Use should really try it out. Well, I would have, except that I was never able to beat Fire Emblem on the GBA. Or Path of Radiance for that matter. And I never bought Sacred Stones.

I rented Phantasy Star Online once. I got that NiGHTS mini game.
Ofcourse I own a bunch of games that connect to the GBA but they were already mentioned here... Except for Billy Hatcher and Wario World.

I expect quite a few of my games have this functionality, but I only really used it for Four Swords Adventures (which I actually managed to play 2 player, which was awesome) and Pokémon Box.
I did try out the Tingle Tuner thing, and Crystal Chronicles, but neither made me feel the effort was worth it. And you know how much I love Tingle!

Come to think of it, the Neo Geo Pocket Color did have a Sonic game (Sonic's Pocket Adventure), but I don't think either of the Sonic games on the Dreamcast hooked up with it. Nah it doesn't, I have it. The Chao raising feature is workable on the Dreamcast VMU, however.
