DK would not be in because it is Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games.DK is from Nintendo but not from the Mario series  .Because he has his own series. |

Oh, and that means Mario and sonic are the only characters? Princess peach shouldn't be in becasue she had SPP? Luigi because he had Luigi's Mansion? God dang, DK is one of the only characters in the DK series that ISN'T a DK character, but a mario character.
