No it's not about Lucario, I'm here to ask something.
I was playing a Brawl match when, with my noticing powers, I noticed something strange around my character. The area around him was fuzzy, and so was the area around my opponent. After the match, I also noticed a fuzzy aura around the character selecting hand. Now I notice it around every character and some objects.
Anybody know what this is? My screen is a 16:9 HDTV if that helps.

Noticing powers, eh? Sounds pretty damn awesome. It's probably something to do with your TV, not exactly the game itself. Sorry, don't know of what else to say on that.

Could be, maybe it's also because I have auto deflicker turned off, and I don't use HD cables.
But yeah, my TV is pretty messed up. The game looks HORRIBLE on it.
And noticing powers are most often a curse

Really? I'm not sure auto deflicker has anything to do with it, just makes it more noticeable.

On the subject of Lucario, why is he the only Pokemon with fur textures? Why couldn't Pikachu look a tad fuzzy?

Turning deflicker on only made the aura less noticeable. I was playing a masterpiece after that, Super Mario World, and I noticed the same aura around Mario's sprite.

No wait, some other people on other sites notice it too, and it being my TV doesn't make sense A generic problem on older models of TV that objects get "shady" or he some sort of glowing around them. This is a sign of the CRT behind your TV screen getting desynched. Since many people still have old CRT TVs, this effect being commonplace isn't much of a surprise.

And... If you have problems hosting image, consider using this host.Let's hope your TV isn't one of those CRTs running at an awful 60Hz that will give the viewer's eyes a good pain.
