You know how every character's series gets its own emblem in Smash Bros? Well I decided in honor of the reopening of NinDB, that I will make a Smash Bros. series emblem for every Nintendo franchise. That's right, I will simply be making silhouettes by tracing over shapes. Simple right? Wrong! The hard part is not making them, its coming up with ideas for them! So I'll need your suggestions and advice and ofcourse corrections. First I've started with the actual emblems that are in Smash Bros. next I'll be cover the other series: 1-20 Nintendo 21-22 Third Party 23-43 Melee Trophies Here's my to do List: First Featured as Trophies in Melee 23 Super Famicom24 Panel De Pon25 Balloon26 Card Hero27 Wave Race28 1080 Snowboarding 29 Doshin the Giant30 Custom Robo31 Kururin32 Cubivore 33 Excite34 Duck Hunt35 Clu Clu Land 36 Mach Rider37 Sim City38 Shin Onigashima 39 Famicom Detective Club 40 Famicom Grand Prix 41 Famicom Disk System 42 Gamecube 43 Devil World First Featured as Trophies in Brawl 44 Nintendogs 45 Legendary Starfy 46 Punch-Out!! 47 Nintendo Wars 48 Band Brothers 49 Golden Sun 50 Sin and Punishment 51 Drill Dozer 52 Magical Vacation 53 Chosoju Mecha MG 54 Chibi-Robo 55 Trace Memory/ Hotel Dusk 56 Ouendan/ Elite Beat Agents First Featured as Music 57 Nazo no Murasamejo 58 Tetris 59 X 60 Brain Age 61 Family Computer 62 Wii/ Sports/ Play/ Fit 63 Cooking Navi First Featured as Stickers 64 Sennen Kazoku 65 Art Style/ Bit Generations 66 Training 67 Ice Hockey 68 Stunt Race 69 Pilotwings 70 Yakuman 71 Wild Gunman 72 Joy Mech Fight 73 Slide Adventure MAGKID Rest of the list will come at a later time, once I'm sure this one is correct.

24: Try using a Lip's stick or a Panel de Pon block(s).
44: Paw print 45: Starfy spinning (with lines going around him) 46: Boxing glove (pointing up like an uppercut) 47: Tank (side view). I think it could work. 48: Musical note(s) 51: Drill (front on view)
58: L block 59: The letter "X"? 60: A sillohute of Dr Kawismia? 61: Keyboard? 63: DS chef or just a spatula
67: Hockey stick hitting puck 69: Pilot goggles? 71: Classic revolver/6 shooter (side view) 72: Just Sukapons body? 73: Just Magkid

25 - Balloon Fight: a pair of balloons 33 - Excite: an X, or if you want to count Excitebike alone, then a biker like in that Wave Race symbol 34 - Duck Hunt: a targeted duck if possible 35 - Clu Clu Land: I'd use Bubbles' silhouette 36 - Mach Rider: a motorcycle helmet if possible 42 - Nintendo GameCube: GameCube logo 43 - Devil World: a bat 58 - Tetris: The "T" one 61 - Family Computer: You mean Famicom? A NES controller 62 - Wii: Wii logo or a Wii Remote
Some can be inspired by boxarts it seems.

That’s pretty cool of you to do this. Few quick ideas:
23: That 4 spots emblem that’s on the Japanese/Pal SNES console. 25: Two balloons right beside each other 31: Whatever the hell that thing’s called he’s flying in. Or a silhouette of the bird himself. 34: A flying duck facing top-right/left 35: The badass himself or perhaps an Unira 37: Blocky apartment building 41: Diskun for sure 43: Either a bat-form Devil or a 8-bit Bible 49: I’d go for an Earth Djinn (I believe it’s the first one you get?) 57: Flaming shuriken or maybe one of those puppets you chop up in the bonus round 58: Top of Saint Basil’s Cathedral

If you choose the Devil's bat form for Devil World, it might be hard to capture because of how fast he moves. But the title screen of the game has the wings on the "W" if that helps.

...Too bad. I was hoping for ALL series. It's still great as is, but I was hoping for something else after seeing the title.
56 (Ouendan) could be the logo of the evening cheering team.

These are the only ones I could think of, so here goes:
Panel de Pon: Star block Balloon Fight: Two balloons Custom Robo: The battle cube (that thing in the name of the game, I think) Kururin: Simplified Helirin Cubivore: Alpha's head, I guess Duck Hunt: A duck Clu Clu Land: A golden ingot Mach Rider: Profile of his motocross helmet Devil World: The bat devil, simplified OR one of his minions Legendary Starfy: That clam character, I believe Chibi-Robo: An electrical plug, similar to the one on his tail
Rest assured, this is a really fun project.

I think it's possible to have the silhouette of the Evil Laughing Dog.

May I ask why would the "L" block would be best for Tetris? Just curious, because the "T" block is used nowadays in the logo and it matches the initial letter of the name of the game.
P.S.: I had forgotten about Super Famicom, but I support the notion that it should be the "4 buttons" logo.

You, uh, you wouldn't mind if I used these for something, would you? I'd give you full credit. Also, for Nazo no Murasamejo, may I suggest something like this? Also, Gamecube G would be great for the Gamecube emblem.

Whoa, I've got to check this place more often. For Band Bros., How about the GB Music store logo? For Ouendan/EBA, the only thing I can think of that would represent both at once would be a hit marker in the way it's shown on the Ouendan 2 boxart:

The Gamecube one is obvious. So is the Disk System. For the Famicom I'm going to do what they did for ROB in Mario Kart DS.
For Tetris I'm definitely using one of the block shapes.
