While I'm here, would anyone happen to have that weird-ass Rockman Kai Arrange album? It's mostly garbage, but a couple tracks pique my interest. From the preview it seems only the MM2 title and MM5 Darkman music are worth it. Why do these Megaman remixes always have these drunk male vocals? Anyway haven't found anything yet as FFshrine seems to be having issues again..

I seem to recall this being brought up before, but since I'm too lazy to search through the entire thread, (XD) would anyone happen to have the Trials and Tribulations DS soundtrack? All I've found is the GBA version so far.
(I also still kinda want Rockman Kai. >_>)

XD; Yeah, after looking into it a bit more, it would seem that the soundtracks are supposedly identical. Which puzzles me, frankly. Could've sworn the DS music sounded much better... *shrug* A couple other things while I'm here. First, I found the Rockman Kai Arrange soundtrack, if anyone else cares. Second, would anyone happen to have the X and/or X-Scape soundtracks?

Remember that I said I wanted Excitebike World Rally music before? Not amused that I can't find any, I recorded them myself. The quality was pretty low though. www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuntcVUrazI (and related videos)

A month late, but thanks for recording those track bgms, YL. They're catchier then I remember Apparently Starfox 3DS' ost already found it's way online. It's pretty neat

Hey, anyone willing to take this here file I maked, and, like, make it not all MIDI quality?

Do you mean simple MIDI-to-wave conversion, or do you want to have the music itself edited? The former I can do that (with Anvil Studio), but not the latter (my wave editor of choice, Adobe Audition CS5.5, does not support MIDI files; Audition is not a composer anyway).

An edit. As much as I like how it turned out, I've never been too thrilled with MIDI soundfonts, and I feel they detract from the song itself. I'm not sure how possible it is without actually picking up a guitar or a flute or what-have-you and churning it out (though to say that would be acceptable is an understatement,) but if it is, I'd be glad.

Sounds to me you are still looking for a program for composing music, but can use more instruments than MIDI has. 128 instruments is indeed not good enough for everything. I guess you can try composing programs like FL Studio (its free demo (not a time-limited trial, I believe) is good enough for a lot of tasks) and see if those can satisfy your need. I know next to nothing about composing music, so I can't really help other than recommending software. Hope that's enough for helping you.

I started fucking with it and, though I like my options, FL Studio strikes me as a techno remixer, which isn't what I want on that song.

Maybe you can try Cubase? Pretty easy to use and it has a pretty decent library of usable music instruments, not to mention available extra plugins to help you out.
Yeah it has a hefty price tag, but I'm sure there are... different methods available with a little google-fu
