First trailer for this game has appeared.
Current details.
- Gameplay looks like a 3rd person hack n slash. - It's made by Ganbarion (One Piece Wii games, JUMP Super Stars) and obvioulsy being published by Nintendo. - It's on the Wii - Japan release is May 26th in Japan and no word on a worldwide release date.
It's it ironic that so soon after finding out about two Wii games getting released outside of Japan, we now have another to worry about?

Interesting choice of developer. I truly wonder if this company actually has the chops to make an original console ARPG?
Apparently the focus of the game is to collect the flesh of monsters in order to remove a curse from the main heroine Ceres.

BUMP! Pandora's Tower confirmed for release in Europe on April 13th. Press release. So by the time this game is released in Europe, most NA's will still be playing through Xenoblade Chronicles . . . Admittly I'm still undecided about buying this game, I want to see some more previews/impressions first.

First trailer that has english dub . . . . . . ummm . . . Does anyone still want this freaking game? I feel like the only reason it's coming out is because of it being promted by Operation Rainfall. There's still no previews and no hype for it and less than a month till release.

From what I've seen, PT seems kind of like Reginliev. It sounds awesome, but the game isn't able to deliver in the end. I personally won't be too upset if this never comes to North America.

Operation Rainfall is gearing up for their "Pandora's Tower Month" starting on April 13, so they'll be pushing the game soon enough.
It does seem like the game was caught up in a "right place, right time" situation to be included in Operation Rainfall, as it doesn't have the pedigree or accolades of the other games. But to be honest, back before there was an Operation Rainfall, I was actually quite interested in Pandora's Tower (more so than Xenoblade or The Last Story) simply because I thought it looked like a cool action game, and that appealed to me more than a hardcore RPG. My attention has shifted over to Xenoblade and The Last Story since then, mainly because those games have actually since been announced for North America, but I'm still interested in it.

Rumor is going around that Pandora's Tower may be coming to NA. The game was released on Friday, and appears to be getting good 8/10 reviews and such. Also Nintendo of Europe has announced a commerative coin collection* for those that register their copies of Xenoblade, The Last Story and PT. Rub it in, NoE, rub it in . . .* Please note that the Club Nintendo RPG Commemorative Coin Collection is gold-coloured only and does not contain any real gold. And finally Operation Rainfall . . .

Is XSEED teasing Pandora's Tower for North America? Kat Bailey seems to think so. (Tower + raindrops = Pandora's Tower and Operation Rainfall?)

It's a Hat Trick! Pandora's Tower confirmed for North America this spring! Instant pre-order! A year and half later, I declare Operation Rainfall a success. I can't believe we got all three...

Wow, I didn't expect XSEED to localize Pandora's Tower. That's a pleasant surprise. I'll have to try to pre-order it, myself.

Cool!
I guess it's already been confirmed that there won't by limited edition bonuses, so no special packaging, art book or music CD like we got with The Last Story. That's not really a disappointment for me, tho, as I just feel lucky enuff that we're getting the game.
Still, XSEED's Tom Lipschultz said they were going to try for having a reversible cover and artwork in the manual. Many fans are also asking for the black DVD case that Europe got, and he said they'll probably try for that, too, but he wasn't sure NoA would go for it.

Operation Rainfall has re-posted the Pandora's Tower-themed Valentine ECards that NoE released last year. They're old, but still kinda funny. Or stupid. They should've made one of Elena half-transformed with the caption, "Love changes everything."

XSEED has pointed out that any release dates listed on retailer sites are simply placeholders, but apparently the game will definitely hit North America sometimes in April. ( Source) So close! They've also released the first North American trailer for the game:

Anyone who wants this better be on it fast. No doubt it's going to have a very small print.
