I mentally pronounce TEi "té-i", or "テイ"; or "テイ様", referring to his older screenname teisama.
TV Eye is always Teev to me.

I always say it "Tay" mentally. I'm pretty sure the spelling was Tei when he joined the forum, so yeah... Also, I still confuse Young Horsetail with YoungLink at times. Fortunately, your Miis are way different  |

Okay, it's been a few months since I visited this thread... I see there are a few new friend codes posted... I have TVEye, TEi, Young Horsetail added to my roster... but not Koopaul nor Old Man Rupee yet. I love reading your SwapNote posts... so funny! ;D Let's play Mario Kart 7 sometime... EDIT: Anyone download Pushmo yet? I love it very much... it is easily one of the best puzzle games. Some of the levels are really challenging... took me hours to solve. I also love the level builder... |

My Mii's name is Garee Ya. It is a play on Gary and Goriya.
I am currently working on a Mega Man level in Pushmo... it is a 8-bit sprite of Mega Man. I also made two Duck Hunt levels... one of the dog and one of a duck.

I got you guys. Hey here's something funny I used to get TEi and TV Eye mixed up because they rhyme. I pronounce it "tee-ee-ai" and "tee-vee-ai" I usually call him "Tei", lol. Or TVEye. I get to explain this. I love explaining this. A brief history of my usernames: back in the glory days of TSF (TheSonicFoundation), I used to go under the forum name "Tails-sama" because I was a super-weeaboo and had a crush on Tails from Sonic the Hedgehog. Then I decided I didn't want to go by the name of a fictional character and changed it up to something that sounded similar: "Tei." I kept the "sama" for ages (which is why in certain places, particularly deviantart, by username is "teisama") before finally outgrowing my weeaboo phase. That just left me with "Tei." Shortly after dropping the "sama," I decided - you know what - I'mma make the "Tei" part look awesome, sort of like a pen name or artist handle. My first idea was to write it all in capitals, but after doing that for a while, I realized I hated drawing the letter I when capitalized! So I made a compromise, and currently go by the (much more stylish) "TEi." It's supposed to rhyme with "hey," but I'm not picky. Pronounce it however you want. |
