Fry! How do you do these so fast? What's your schedule? Did you have some of them drawn before hand?

I don't necessarily do one every day (I occasionally have evening plans), but all 31 are drawn within October. I'm usually only a day or so ahead and you can so easily fall behind again! I did, however, write most of the profiles in advance.
But essentially, I'm usually working on tomorrow's the evening before. I'm ahead at the moment (which is nice), but I have two days away after tonight so I'll be all caught up by Friday again.
Only 7 more to draw (as tomorrow's is all done)!

A lot of gaming charities seem to experience a lull around the midpoint, followed by a little bit of a surge towards the end.
So, you're doing great! Only one week left!

Nearly done! I don't expect to meet my target, but I may have aimed high and not had the time to do much promotion. I still have time though 067. Magolor Soul from Kirby's Return to Dream Land / Kirby's Adventure WiiOctober 28th 2012

Aw man, this reminds me still gotta finish that game. Got a lot of games on the backburner lately
It's pretty hard to get people to donate in the age of kickstarter, where everybody expects to get nifty rewards in return for their donations. Several donation sites already follow this system. But since you've been making daily kickass drawings of these characters for the past month I'll definitely throw some more money your way. Gotta get past the 60% mark atleast!

Aha, were you the mystery doner "Superdick" by any chance? I did think perhaps next year I could have a shortlist and then a donor list, and donations of £10 or more will get to pick their own monster. I'll probably also do it for Child's Play or something too.

Being plain anonymous is for chumps!
I'd say the Penny Arcade crowd pretty much got the whole Child's Play deal covered, but if they happen to mention Nintober on their blog word'll spread hella fast. Having people pick their own monsters probably means a buttload of repeats and 3rd party villains though (but you were already thinking of doing the latter this year anyway so no big deal I suppose)
I'll also take this time to say I love the Nintober images McCullough's been drawing up this month. Dude's got a fun style

Weren't you planning a guest week? Or did that get scrapped? I don't remember what was going on with that.

I was planning to do a guest week but it kind of fell through when I needed some more room for Nintendo monsters. I was also having trouble writing some profiles for it. 069. Omega Metroid from the Metroid series27th October 2012

It was by far the most complicated. He was a last minute substitution as well - replacing the final boss in Xenoblade because I didn't want to get too spoilery.
Although the next couple are a bit spoilery, but people are more likely to have played them already I guess.
