2nd one looks like a golf game. Quick google search returns Jack Nicklaus' Major Championship Golf.

1) The developers of this Gamecube title had been working on the same licensed franchise for years upon years before getting a chance to make this original title. Following this, they were regulated to ANOTHER massive franchise with licensed music for years and years.
3) This game shares some association with one of Nintendo's biggest franchises, but was released independently by the developer on the Super NES.
