Whoops! I wondered why it asked for a name... This was posted by me absentmindedly before I logged in

That's cool! Things like these don't happen very often... I'd like to get that game, but unfortunately, I'm a bit short on cash at the moment...

Heh.
I don't care, I'm not much of a GBA person.....Or a handheld person, for that matter...
(Don't want the DS, don't need it)

It's happened loads on GBA recently: F-Zero GP Legend, Kirby & The Amazing Mirror and Donkey Kong Country 2 are all already out here, and America still hasn't got them. The Minish Cap will be excellent, as I'm just finishing off the Oracles now. I need a new Zelda fix soon! And I can't wait for Super Zelda next year (note: NOT an official name )

Would that be the GCN you refer to?
I am interested in the Minnish Cap, but seeing as I can't afford both Mario & Zelda games... I'm sticking to the plumber... so I won't be getting this, or any other Zelda games in the foreseeable future...

Yes, I was referring the the GC SUPER ZELDA DELUXE!!! (exclamation marks required)
I hope they do what they did with OoT, and release it worldwide within the same week.

You sure the new GameCube Zelda doesn't need a few more exclamation marks?

When there's a new batch of screens or movies or whatever then it shall receive up to seven exclamation marks. When it's officially announced that it will have a super-realistic Tingle in it, then that may go up to twelve exclamation marks.
Any more than that probably means they've tied the whole storyline of the series together.

Super-realistic Tingle???
You know the story-line will never ever ever ever ever ever make sense...

A super-realistic, short little podgey man dancing around in skin-tight green spandex shouting about him being the very incarnation of a fairy.... sounds interesting. hehe. ~~Morgan Lamia~~

You forgot the bright red underpants on the outside of his green spandex! Kooloo-limpah!!
Tingle is the best thing to happen to Zelda since Kiki the monkey.

Kiki the monkey? Is that the monkey in LttP?
What is with your fascination with Tingle... he really really creep me out, and turns me off the Zelda games more than attracts my attention to them... Why is he so... interesting to you? (I am really interested to know, I'm not being a smart-ass)

Yes, Kiki is the thieving little chimp in LttP Come on... picture the scene. You need a character to sell Link maps of the game. Could be anything in the world - a bogstandard shopkeeper, a goron, anything! But someone at Nintendo wanted this character with what is no more than a marginal role in the game to be something people remember. So what do they do? He sells maps, so he must travel by air to make them! 'Make him float on a small balloon' someone must have said, so they did. But they didn't stop there... oh no! Someone REALLY wanted this character to stand out from the crowd... Dress him in a Kokiri outfit so he's willing to do business with you, give him a love of fairies beyond anything, give him a vibrant and magical personality! So far, so Disney. And then someone must have said 'Why don't we make him a middle-aged man?' and so he was complete. I like him because he stands out and he's very memorable. Even though he first appeared in Majora's Mask, I still find myself thinking he was in Ocarina as well. He's got more character than Link, more issues than that cucco-loving punk guy, and he has more dance moves than any Subrosian will ever have! In short, Tingle is a highlight of the series - a sign of it not taking itself too seriously, while at the same time using unconventional humour more at home on a creepy black comedy. The same is not necessarily true of TWW's version, but come on! A whole island of slaves dressed as Tingle? One of them is called Dave Jr. - which to me was one of the funniest parts of TWW.

Ah yes.. the island populated by Tingle's slave-gimps. Great times...(no wonder he was in prison in the beginning of WW)
