There are weird takes on the WarioWare characters as well: warionoken.hp.infoseek.co.jp/gazou/parosouko/paro9.htmlOrbulon, Dr. Crygor, Penny, Dribble... how freaky they all look here. Finally, this isn't brute, extreme, sexist, perverted or anything, it's just funny and nicely drawn. Чудесный!

Heh. Norm McDonald's show. I used to watch it, but I think it was only on for one season. It was from the same producers as The Drew Carey Show and George Lopez, which is to say its humor was very gimmick-oriented.
That was Laurie Metcalf (from Roseanne) as Butterfree and Max Wright (from ALF) as James. And I think Squirtle was Ian Gomez from The Drew Carey Show.[/useless trivia]

And I think Squirtle was Ian Gomez from The Drew Carey Show.[/useless trivia] No, Squirtle was Artie Lange, from MadTV and Howard Stern.

Nintendo Power had it's 20th anniversary party yesterday and Kotaku.com got this picture of Pikachu (costume) getting stuck when trying to get off the elevator. And here's another shot of Pikachu (but not stuck). (Can't seem to increase the size). Edit by JN:

Link fixed. Those cards look funny, especially The Norm Show-based ones.

Yeah those are pretty funny, though the ones not based on the Norm Show generally don't make sense to me.

That artwork reminds me of this Dragon Quest/Dragon Warrior creature: ...and the protagonist of the 2D fighter titled "Tongue of the Fatman".

I actually saw this way back when it was first shown. It was hilarious ;D
