Don't ask... Clue: "The Todd appreciates hot, regardless of gender."

I'm not emo. Emo is typically a misconception. Most people see emo as people who wear tight clothes, cut themselves, and all those stereotypes. But actually, emo stems from a genre of music from the hardcore genre. Emotive Hardcore. Which generally is straightedge and such. I mean I am straightedge and such, but I wouldn't say I'm 'emo', since I never even listened to the music. Generally people judge emo-ness based on music they listen to, and how they dress and have their hair. I actually have a wide variety of music, and I dress in the way that makes me comfortable. I also have my hair the way I like it. I enjoy having a giant mohawk that I wear down. I also see piercings as fitting in my style too, as well as even makeup sometimes. So really, I'm not emo, I'm just dressing and looking the way that I feel fits me. I'm dying my hair rainbow soon, but that doesn't mean I'm emo, I just feel I'd be more comfortable with my appearance in that case.

I agree, and who the f**k are you to judge someone with a stereotypical term. He is just being himself, not some stereotypical figure you hear about or see. He chooses his style, I choose my style, yet you choose to judge his style, which is is basically Brook himself, so your just being an a**hole.

I dont think I like your tone lastridefeliz. Mr. Molecule didnt insult or judge anyone on anything, and it is apparent that missingno didnt take offense to his comment. Everyone has got an opinion and mine is that you unnecessarily flamed MM.

I tried taking a new picture of myself, but it ended up looking like a child version of Steven Tyler Maybe some other time...

Missingno: I was being stereotypical, but I go to a high school where the "emo kids" do dress disturbingly like yourself, and I was remembering other examples of long-haired people like yourself, so it wasn't a personal attack against you. Furthermore, you actually have been here longer than me and part of me thought it was from the "swarm of fanboys" that came out of nowhere when the official forums shut down. I'm sorry.
lastridefeliz123: Don't flame.
Kohta: Thanks.

Just because someone wears all black and has long hair means absolutly NOTHING about them. All it shows is their opinion on what looks good/cool on them. So just because he LOOKS like the select few that are emo in your school doesn't mean he's one of them. Hell, I have a very close friend who has long, black hair and he's one of the nicest people I've ever met. And I also remember one occurence that Molecule called me emo just because of my depresssing teen years, when he had absolutely no evidence that I actually was. So stop the stereotypeing, dammit!

Just here for a quick run around the forums. Happy belated groundhogs day to all of you. Now this brings me to my main point. What the Hell happened here?(rhetorical) This is very funny IMO (see what i did there?) My favorite point first. Saying someones Emo takes on either: 1.) There Emo. 2.) They are acting or seem Emo at the time. As calling some one a Nerd would take version 1 calling someone Nerdy would take version 2. Emoy is not a word Emo takes both. MM was using it in Version 2, MissingNo seemed to understand that. I applaud his response. And I think It can't be disputed that you're all CRAZY. *runs* See you all the 14th

Me, at Connecticon 2005. Well... in the hotel room. It's a pretty old picture, so some things have changed. For instance, I don't wear wristwatches anymore. ^_^
