I agree with TrustTheFungus on that one, it is kinda weird. I mean, the other Wars games were called Famicom Wars and GameBoy Wars too, right? The game looks cool though, with the 3D map and stuff..

Does anyone have a problem with Advance Wars DS? I know it's just a name, but I can't stand that they are calling them(both the one for DS and GameCube) Advance Wars. DS Wars and Cube Wars. That's what I'm callling them, I don't care what Nintendo says. I don't care... it's Advance Wars, and it's quite likely online... that's really all I needed to know.

Not so much that I have a problem with them, but I can't think of any real times (except for field trips) that I'd actually play them.
I really don't play them at home, because I have a Gamecube and N64 Calling my name. That, or I am watching TV or browsing the internet.

I'll admit my eyebrow raised when I heard the Gamecube version was called Advance Wars, and now I find it a little strange. Especially as it's looking like the DS version is coming out in Japan, and they never got the first two Advance Wars games either.
Yoshi's Touch & Go is the English name for the "Balloon Trip" game. And yes, it looks like it's going to be a full game now.
I'll be adding screens and all that today.

No worries Vidgmchtr - I get what you mean. As for the other games - SM64DS and that Super Mario Slots minigame - retro old-school stuff!!!!! ;D Pretty cool stuff there... can't wait.

Dating sims? Nope et nada - not interested.
I'm a hardcore platformer - that's it now - sold everything else... it's just the classic platformers for me now... I don't like all this "realistic" stuf in games - real graphics and 'real' situations blur reality with games too much... I don't like it.
Pixels and simplistic goals are much more comfortable... my opinion.
BTW - this is MY opinion - I respect the opinions of others and am not seeking to have any arguments, just speaking my mind. ;D

Ooo... lucky I wasn't planning on selling mine anyway, since I only just traded my NES SP for that sweet Zelda one.
I wasn't too thrilled about the DS to start with, but every time I hear something new about it I get a little more excited. ;D
