I'm sure we've all had our different kinds of feelings about certain games, so here we go. As for me:
Most disturbing game
Zelda: Majora's Mask
There's a lot of things in this game that are like that, so I'll just spare the explanations for now.
Most sad/depressing game
FF7 with its death of Aerith
Pikmin 1
I've actually felt that way about it when I first played it way back when. (You'll see) And having understood Ai no Uta adds to that.
Most relaxing game (does this count...?)
Zelda: Wind Waker
While the graphics and style are actually quite easy on anyone's eyes, it's the sailing part that makes me feel the most relaxed...Until you run into a cyclone or a Bigocto.
I know I missed some other kinds, wasn't sure of them, but maybe you can get to them as well.

There are probably five games that have moved me immensely emotionally in the physical sense:
Yoshi's Island - Every time I beat this game and hear that remix of the classic flagpole song I get chills. The first time, I got tears in my eyes. You grow up with these two characters as your childhood heroes, and this is their backstory--their dawn. It touches me.
Majora's Mask - I cried during the father/daughter scene at the Music House. No lies. I think I full on got really sad, somber, and cried. Because, well, I'm a sap for fatherly stuff. Not that I have a deadbeat dad or am a father already or anything, but y'know. The Song of Healing, in effect, has a similar pull on me because of association with that scene.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl - When I watched the first trailer at E3 2006, I think I was so awash with emotion I couldn't contain myself. I was happy enough to cry, pissed enough to scream, and just overall completely confused and bombarded with feelings. It was great.
Twilight Princess/Wind Waker - The original trailers for either game. They moved me.
Pokemon Red - Never before had I invested so much time and care into a game. When my original Red file was erased because I used a GameShark on it, I think I was so upset I tossed my GameBoy and sobbed for a good hour. I had raised an entire team to 100 (no easy feat even in those days), caught all 151, and had countless hours logged in that game. And, within an instant, it had all disappeared.

I'll give it a go
Deepest Game
Golden Sun
The environment and the music blended with the expansive story was just amazing. Hard to believe that something so epic, would be on the Gameboy!
And who could forget the Butler's story in Majora's Mask? Seems everyone agrees that this has to be the saddest Nintendo game.

LINK´S AWAKENING BEST ZELDA GAME EVER-Finding slowly that the island will disappear once you wake the Wind Fish, and Marin declaring Her love and Wishes to Link incredible MOTHER The dance scene between Ninten and Ana, its amazing how such a simple executed scene could made me cry, Its all about Timing and Music. YOSHIS ISLAND A magnificent executed ending everything since you find Kamek, trough the fight against baby Bowser till the very ending, a perfect mix of surprises and music, It made me all fuzzy inside. MOTHER3 The Most of chapter 1 after the fire in the forest its gone, man, that timing mixed wit those animations and music, I dont know japanese, but still everything was son eficiently comunicated Made me cry. OKAMI Purifing one zone gives me a very fullfiling feeling, amazing. PIKMIN 1 and 2 I can´t see a Pikmin Die, it makes the game almost unplayable.

Okay my take: Pokemon red version: The urge to collect them all..... the addiction..... the desire to get mew..... still have him Pokemon Gold version: One of the greatest emotional effects a video game could give me, I was in awe. Especially the part where it linked to red version, and my personal favorite: doing Battle with the Legendary Pokemon Trainer Red ( greatest trainer alive, and highest static NPC in the pokemon games) Super Mario World: just listening to the music fills me with nostalgia, in fact im listening to it right now!!! Warioland: I always thought that Wario was just a dumb clone of Mario, I was wrong dead wrong. Warioware: my most recent one, It's almost sweet to see a pretty person who is popular and all (Mona) have a crush on Wario, for who he is,(an ugly mug of a treasure hunter!!, yet extremely rich, although very disturbing though) despite not even paying her back a single cent for making games for him! Castlevania DoS: Fighting evil Soma while Dracula's trademark music was playing was just pure awesome

I can't really think of that many games that had a sentimental effect on me unfortnately.
OoT: Seeing Nobaruu (the gerudo theif in the temple of spirit) getting kidnapped by the evil twin witches when you are a kid and then 7 years later when you are an adult defeating an Iron Knuckle and revealing that it is her being controlled against her will was quite amazing to see.
Also those Iron Knuckles were bloody scary when I first fought them, they take off about 4 life hearts with a single hit.

I find it hard to get emotional about fiction. I rarely laugh when I read books, there is only one film that has ever made me cry (you'll never guess what it is), but some games still hit that sweet spot that make me glad to be a gamer. Here's some: Twilight PrincessOcarina and Majora laid the foundations for happy-go-lucky worlds being corrupted by a great evil. Twilight Princess developed both of these themes and elevated them. Key to this was Midna, who is one of the best realised characters in a Zelda game. Super Mario GalaxyWhen you're rocketing through the sky, with the world exploding into activity behind you, you can't help but feel part of something epic. When you destroy the battleship and fly out at the last second, it reminded me of the Space Armada from the original Star Fox. Star FoxSpace Armada. Best SNES scene ever! Super Smash Bros. 64/Melee/BrawlOK, OK, why all three? Nothing to do with the games themselves... they're fighting games with minimal story (ok, ignoring SSE). But it's those opening movies... all of them are epic, perfectly timed masterpieces with epic music. Each one gives me the shivers. Star Fox AdventuresWhy is THIS here? Well, it was the first game that make me feel sick. Really. When you fall from a high place, my stomach lurched as if I was really falling. Gotta hand it to Rare - they might make a cruddy action/adventure, but the graphics were good enough to make me sick!

When Sergeant Johnson died in Halo3 I felt a lump in my throat as he told the Master Chief to keep hold of the AI Cortana; "Don't let her go, Chief....Don't..Ever...let her go."Poor Johnson.... And then Halo starts falling apart and you see his dead body sliding brutally along the floor like a slab of meat. The end was good too when you realise the Master Chief survived but is stuck in a bisected spaceship in the middle of nowhere and climbs into the cryo tube and says to Cortana; "Wake me, when you need me”

-Luigi's Mansion still disturbs the fuck out of me in several areas.
-Yoshi's Island's ending makes me want to cry tears of joy.
-As does Super Mario 64's. Our whole family celebrated the first time my uncle beat it.
-Kirby Super Star's final two chapters, Revenge of Meta Knight and Milky Way Wishes are, in their entirety, the two single greatest moments in any video game I've ever played.
