Yep I'm back and doing it again. This time I hope to create a Smash icon for every Nintendo series/stand-alone titles listed on the Nintendo Database website! Possibly even more considering the site doesn't list Wario series or Yoshi series in it's own category.
For AE, I would suggest making an image with a couple of basic faces put together.
I want to use something that is acttually shown in-game/boxart/posters and not just make something up. Believe it or not, all the icons I made above are taken from screenshots and boxart. Yes, even the fish for Aqua Space was taken from a screenshot of the decoration on top of the "fish house".
I was thinking a helmet like from this old art. I know a lot of people use a wrench, but that really only represents the GBA trilogy.
I guess a flag with a star could also work, most AW games feature one nation with a star emblem.
With regards to Smile Book Collection, there really isn't anything available to use by default. I looked around for stuff, and I can't find anything outside of NCL's site, even Niconico is turning up empty.
I think the Another Code symbol should be something close to Ashley since the games are about her and her family. I know someone on pixiv for instance used the loading icon from her DAS as her emblem.

I thought about the Red Star / Orange Star emblem, and dismissed it for looking too much like a star panel from Puzzle League when presented as a silhouette. I also thought about using a tank, but it may feel too generic.
Maybe have this talking box or the balance for Egaocho? I think asking for icon for something like this is like asking for an icon for Adobe Flash Catalyst of Microsoft Azure: there simply isn't anything that represents it well outside of its user base.
For Battle Clash, I would keep it simple and use the cross hairs from the box art. Big Brain Academy I would use a motarboard cap, and Brain Age the head silhouette from the North American box art. For Barker Bill, maybe use his top hat, there really isn't much unique to that game.
